Here’s what I really appreciated — you don’t need to worry about parking or navigating traffic because everything worth seeing is walkable from here. The Wawel Castle is maybe a ten-minute stroll, and if you want to venture to Kazimierz (the old Jewish quarter), it’s an easy walk across the river. The trams are nearby too, but honestly, I barely used them because walking through these streets never gets old. The pedestrian-friendly environment makes car rentals unnecessary.
