Krakow Central Apartments Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Krakow Central Apartments on Topolowa Street, you immediately get that “this feels right” vibe — it’s tucked into the Grzegórzki district, which honestly feels more like where locals actually live rather than some touristy bubble. The building itself has that solid, unpretentious Polish architecture that makes you feel like you’ve found something authentic. I mean, this isn’t trying to be flashy or over-the-top, but there’s something reassuring about the straightforward approach they take here.
Location & Neighborhood
Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re actually in Krakow, not just visiting it. Grzegórzki puts you close enough to the Old Town that you can easily walk or grab a quick tram, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with crowds of tourists stumbling around at all hours. The area has that lived-in feel with local cafés, small shops, and tree-lined streets that make morning walks genuinely pleasant. Couples seem to absolutely love it here (they rate the location 9.7, which honestly makes sense when you experience it), and I can see why — there’s something romantic about discovering a neighborhood that feels like a secret.
The Apartment Experience
What sets this three-star property apart is that you’re getting actual apartments, not just hotel rooms with a mini-fridge shoved in the corner. The spaces feel like someone’s well-maintained home that they’re letting you borrow for a while. You’ve got proper kitchens if you want to grab groceries from the local market, separate living areas where you can actually spread out, and — this matters more than you’d think — real storage space for your stuff. It’s that kind of setup where you can settle in for a few days and not feel like you’re living out of a suitcase.
Practical Comforts
The apartments strike that sweet spot between having everything you need without feeling cluttered or overly designed. The kitchens are functional enough that you could actually cook a proper meal if you wanted to, and the living spaces give you room to breathe after a day of wandering around Krakow’s cobblestone streets. What I really appreciate is that they’ve thought about the small stuff — decent Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, and bathrooms that don’t make you feel like you’re in a cramped airplane lavatory.
Why Guests Love It
That 9.2 rating isn’t just numbers on a screen — it reflects what happens when a place gets the fundamentals right without trying to be something it’s not. You’re staying in one of Krakow’s top-rated areas, which means you’ve got that perfect balance of local authenticity and tourist accessibility. The apartment-style setup means you can live a bit like a local, whether that’s making coffee in your own kitchen or having space to plan your next day’s adventures. It’s the kind of place where you’ll find yourself thinking, “Yeah, I could actually see myself living in Krakow” — and honestly, that’s exactly the feeling you want from a good travel experience.

Talal from Sweden (8/10)
it was very good location for us which we needed near station for only one night
studio apartment is suitable for one or two persons max because in my opinion the flat is a bit tight for two persons so don’t think it’s a good idea to rent it more than two nights for a couple.
otherwise, you have everything you can need for making breakfast or lunch.
Good cleaning we experienced.Aljosa from Slovenia (10/10)
Great location, clean and well equiped appartement.
Daiva from Lithuania (9/10)
The apartments are warm and clean, right next to Krakow's main bus and train station, and easy to get to (clear directions were sent). The apartment is small, but for a one night stay it was just right. There are shops and places to eat nearby.
