What really struck me about Lenzo is how they’ve nailed that sweet spot between hotel service and apartment comfort. I mean, you get the space and privacy of having your own place, but there’s still someone to help if your wifi cuts out or you need extra towels. The apartments themselves are actually spacious – not like those cramped hotel rooms where you’re bumping into furniture every time you turn around. The kitchens are properly equipped too, which is huge if you’re staying more than a couple nights or traveling with kids who need their specific snacks. I spent most mornings making coffee while looking out the window, and there’s something really satisfying about having that routine even when you’re away from home.

The staff here gets it – they’re helpful without being hovering, if that makes sense. Check-in was smooth, and they actually gave me useful local tips instead of just handing over a generic tourist brochure. The building itself feels well-maintained without being sterile; you can tell they care about the details. What impressed me most was how quiet it stays, even during busier periods. I’m someone who notices every little sound when I’m trying to sleep, but the walls here are solid and the windows do their job. Parking was straightforward too, which honestly can make or break a stay depending on where you are. The 9.4 rating this place has earned? Yeah, I can see why. It’s not trying to be the flashiest option around, but everything just works the way it should. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels more like a temporary home than a hotel room, especially for longer stays, Lenzo really delivers on that promise without the usual apartment rental headaches.

  The property was extremely clean on arrival, the host was very helpful. The neighbourhood was quiet, but still had a good range of services.

  The apartment was clean, wide and comfortable with the excelent view from the balcony. Just in front of the apartment is railway station so it was very easy and fast to get to the Old town and to the Wiewliczka salt mine.

  Great apartment close to old town. Host was great very responsive and availible. Apartment is clean, new with parking space in underground garage. If we decide to return to Krakow we will 100% book the same apatment.
