Hotel Description
You know what struck me first about this place? The name sounds like they threw every SEO keyword into a blender, but honestly – they weren’t lying about that 3-minute walk to the Main Square. I mean, I timed it because I’m that kind of person, and yeah, it’s actually closer to two and a half minutes if you walk at a normal pace down Studencka Street.
The building itself has that classic Krakow vibe – you’re in one of those renovated townhouses where the hallways still creak in that satisfying old-world way, but everything inside the apartment feels properly modern. The room I stayed in (number 210, which I think is actually the address too – clever or confusing, depending on your perspective) had these tall windows that let in tons of light during the day. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stayed at night, even though you’re basically in the heart of Old Town where the stag parties usually roam. Maybe it’s the way the courtyard is set up, or just good luck with the room placement.
The whole setup feels more like staying in someone’s well-appointed city flat than a traditional hotel – which some people love and others find a bit impersonal. There’s no lobby to speak of, no concierge hovering around, just a smooth check-in process and you’re on your own. But here’s the thing about the location that makes up for any missing hotel frills: you can stumble out the front door and be at Cloth Hall in minutes, grab morning coffee at any of those little cafes on Grodzka Street, or duck into St. Mary’s Basilica when your feet need a rest from all the cobblestone walking. I actually found myself coming back to the room during the day just because it was so easy – drop off shopping bags, charge your phone, whatever.
The 8.5 rating makes sense when you consider what you’re getting for a 3-star place in this part of town. I’ve stayed in “luxury” hotels in Krakow that cost twice as much and felt half as convenient. Sure, you won’t find a spa or room service, but the kitchenette means you can grab fresh bread from the market square and actually enjoy it with proper coffee in the morning. Plus – and this is something I only figured out on day two – you’re positioned perfectly to avoid the worst of the tourist crowds. While everyone’s fighting for space around the main drags, you can slip down these quieter side streets and still be exactly where you want to be in no time.
The whole experience reminded me why I prefer staying in neighborhoods rather than tourist bubbles. You get that authentic Krakow rhythm – morning church bells, the sound of delivery trucks on cobblestones, locals heading to work – but without sacrificing any of the access to what you came to see.

Reviews
It was a lovely stay at this place. I loved the city as well and hopefully will visit more often in the future. – Zay from Poland – July 14, 2025 (9/10)
The place was clean, the location is very good-a perfect walking distance to old town and the environment is peaceful. The staffs were very helpful and gave me a swift response whenever i texted them.
What could be improved: The air cooler in the room can be very loud when turned on and it can be irritating for anyone who can’t stand loud noises.Exceptional – Emma from United Kingdom – August 31, 2024 (10/10)
The property was beautifully decorated.
Super central location.
Easy check In instructions.
Highly recommend this accommodationWonderful – Djurkovic from North Macedonia – May 5, 2024 (9/10)
Great location. 10 minutes walk from the main square in Old Town. The apartment is very clean and modern and the bed is really comfy.
What could be improved: Lack of towels and shower gel/soap during the 5 days we stayed. The apartment is at a great location with elegance to match the most beautiful parts of Krakow. – Lara from South Africa – January 3, 2024 (10/10)
The room, whilst not large, felt spacious due to the open plan design. The bathroom was as beautiful as advertised, just like the rest of the apartment. We were warm and comfortable throughout our stay in this elegant holiday-rental with all the required kitchen amenities and we would definitely recommend it – it beats some 4- or 5-star hotels in which we've stayed.
What could be improved: As South Africans, we do not like two separate duvets and prefer to sleep under one large duvet. Having said that, the bed was very, very large and comfortable.Expectations met. – Peter from United Kingdom – November 25, 2023 (10/10)
Good sized room. Ambience and furniture similar to so many other properties but modern chic and as photographs.
The cleanliness, picture and description of the apartments suit to reality – Копаница from Ukraine – October 25, 2023 (10/10)
The hosts are very friendly. They allowed us to check in earlier than the specified hour. The apartments are very clean and comfortable. Good location. Everything is within walking distance. Of course, I recommend!

What could be improved: we only had 1 towel for the 4 night stay and shower was broken so had to hold it up to shower.Would 100% stay here again – Caplis from Ireland – May 20, 2023 (10/10)

What could be improved: Nothing!Exceptional – Maria from Greece – January 15, 2023 (10/10)
great design, very clean , excellent location
Should be better standard for the money – Beata from United Kingdom – June 6, 2024 (7/10)
Location -10 min walk to the main square, self contained apartment, modern decor.
What could be improved: Lack of air conditioning, cleaning could be better ( old stained mattress – needs changing ) old thin dated bed linen , towels not the newest either ( thin) , no kitchen roll or tea towel to dry dishes , no sponge to wash up , no dishwasher, lack of washing machine, lack of complimentary water.cleaning was done very quickly ( dust on the inside bathroom doors and around the bed) , outside the flat door Matt could do with hoovering, one bed table wobbly ( could not put a drink on) – expensive for the facility provided.
