There were a couple tiny things – the Wi-Fi got a bit spotty in the evenings when everyone was streaming, and the walls aren’t exactly soundproof if you get stuck next to party people – but nothing that actually ruined the experience. The whole place just has this lived-in quality that makes you want to curl up with a book in the lobby chairs or strike up conversations with other guests.
