I’ll be honest – when I first walked into the Mirror Pink Studio Apartment on Brzozowa, I wasn’t sure what to expect from the name. But you know what? It actually makes perfect sense once you’re inside. The space has these clever mirror accents that make what could feel like a cramped studio seem surprisingly airy, and there are these subtle pink touches throughout that somehow feel sophisticated rather than overwhelming. I mean, it could’ve easily gone wrong, but whoever designed this place had a good eye.

The location is honestly one of those “if you know, you know” situations. Brzozowa Street isn’t one of those main tourist drags where you’re dodging selfie sticks every five minutes, but you’re literally a three-minute walk from the Market Square. I actually preferred staying here over some of the places right on the square – you get all the Old Town charm without the constant noise of horse carriages clattering by at 6 AM (learned that the hard way on a previous trip). The building itself is one of those beautifully restored townhouses where you can feel the history in the thick walls and creaky wooden floors, which I love, though fair warning – if you’re a super light sleeper, you might hear your upstairs neighbors occasionally.

What really won me over was how thoughtfully everything was set up. The kitchenette is small but actually functional – not like some places where they give you a hot plate and call it cooking facilities. There’s a proper little fridge, and they even had decent coffee waiting, which honestly saved my morning more than once. The bathroom surprised me too; I was expecting something tiny and cramped, but they’d managed to fit in a really nice shower with good water pressure. The bed sits in this cozy nook that feels private even though it’s technically all one room, and the WiFi was solid throughout my stay – important when you’re trying to navigate Polish restaurant menus with Google Translate. The whole place stays pretty quiet even though you’re right in the heart of everything, and I never had trouble getting in and out with the key system they use. For the price point and that 8.4 rating, it delivers exactly what it promises – a clean, comfortable base that lets you experience Krakow’s Old Town without breaking the bank or feeling like you’re roughing it.

  What could be improved: Like other reviews have mentioned there is a smell to the place, would recommend buying an air freshener (the facility doesn't offer one). The bigger issue is that the pillows are extremely uncomfortable, they definitely should change them.

  Really helpful with the early check in, great communication and owners very approachable. Arrangement of keys via WhatsApp but clear instructions and was very happy when we could check in at 10am!
