  The location was just perfect, a 5 minute walk away from train and bus station. In a secure area too, well lit coming back at night. The kitchen is a great addition as it means you aren’t having to go out and spend money on meals every night. Overall an excellent stay 🙂

  The entire stay was completely a spectacular experience. The apartment is located right next to Krakow Central Station (Kraków Główny). It was just what I needed for my time in Kraków that I even extended my stay by a day. Great very quiet location, great kitchen, decor, and a fantastic bathroom. Very peaceful!

  The appartment was beautiful, the view was nice and the jacuzzi bathtub helped for a comfort relaxation after a full day walk.
  
  What could be improved: The beds need a renovation, the mattress felt as if you plunge down to the floor.There were so many remote controls for the TV and other devices (cable tv, dvd etc.) that we got fully confused!The tv language was in Polish so we could not select easily programme or channel.

  Appeared clean except the washing machine which was full of mould.
  
  What could be improved: Where do I start? The bed is awfully uncomfortable and it’s the worst sleep we’ve ever had when we’ve been away. It’s creaks horrendously. It has been broken before and someone has done a patch up job and it’s obvious.
  
  We booked this specifically for the jacuzzi and projector …… both a let down. The projector didn’t work… the remotes hadn’t been charged or batteries changed (poor customer service!) and then it states there are streaming services except none of them worked!! Needed lots of updates doing and when I messaged and asked for help saying I wasnt happy I was ignored. The couch is also really poor. Very uncomfy.
  
  The jacuzzi bath.. the plug doesn’t work!!! So you can’t actually have a bath as the plug doesn’t come out if you push it in so you can’t drain the water.
  
  Honestly one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. Don’t book this place. Wish we could get a refund!!!!
