Hotel Description
Look, I’ve stayed in my fair share of places in Kraków’s Old Town, and honestly? N33 Premium Apartments gets it right in ways that surprised me. You know that stretch of Floriańska Street that’s always buzzing with tourists heading to the main square? Well, this place sits right there at number 33, but somehow – and I’m still not entirely sure how they pulled this off – the rooms are actually quiet. I mean, you’d expect street noise all night, but the windows must be properly insulated because I slept like a baby even during the summer when everyone’s out until 2 AM.
The thing about these apartments is they feel like someone actually lives there, not like those sterile hotel rooms where everything’s bolted down. The kitchenettes are properly equipped (I made coffee every morning and even cooked pasta one night), and the bathrooms have those rainfall showerheads that actually work – you know what I mean, not those sad trickles you sometimes get. What really got me though was the attention to small stuff. There’s proper blackout curtains, the WiFi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, and the beds are just the right firmness. Plus, the check-in was smooth – no standing around for twenty minutes while they “find your reservation.”
Here’s the thing that locals don’t always tell you: being right on Floriańska means you’re literally a two-minute walk to St. Mary’s Basilica and the Cloth Hall, but you’re also perfectly positioned to duck into those little side streets where the real gems are. That amazing pierogi place on Grodzka? Five minutes tops. The jazz club in the basement on Św. Tomasza that tourists never find? You’ll stumble across it just wandering back from dinner. And honestly, after dealing with Kraków’s parking situation (which is, well, let’s just say challenging), I was relieved this place doesn’t even pretend to offer it – you’re better off using the Park and Ride system anyway. The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you’re there; it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything just works the way it should. I’ve recommended it to three friends already, and that’s saying something because I’m usually pretty picky about these things.
Travelers should reserve a hotel in Krakow at least two months ahead for major events like cultural festivals, ensuring the best rates and prime locations near Market Square.

Super comfy, super location. I definitely recommend! – Octavian from Romania – August 1, 2025 (10/10)
The apartment was very clean and beds were super comfortable.
Location is great! Although it was not that easy to find the entrance (which is not on
Floriańska but on Świętego Marka), the place is great!
What could be improved: The only thing that bothered me (although not that important) was that the electric towel radiator from bathroom did not heat up all the elements.
We caught some rainy days and we were wet from head to toes and had to dry out our clothes and shoes.Excellent choice – Loucia from Cyprus – August 1, 2025 (9/10)
Comfortable and nicely decorated apartment in an excellent location, very helpful staff at Unicus hotel, excellent breakfast at Wyndham hotel.
What could be improved: There is no cleaning serviceExcellent accommodation – Mark from United Kingdom – July 31, 2025 (10/10)

What could be improved: NothingBeautiful, comfortable and clean! 100% recommend – Marsali from Sweden – July 29, 2025 (9/10)
Beautiful apartment, extremely comfortable bed, great location and amazing breakfast
What could be improved: It would have been nice to be able to check in earlier than 16:00really solid value for the cost. – Eric from United States – July 29, 2025 (9/10)
This is a very reliable solid place to stay – the location couldnt be better for krakow really. it is 3 blocks from the square. i have stayed here before. it is clean and neat and has everything you need. good value for money.
What could be improved: some more coffees and sugars and creamers.. drives me nuts when there is exactly the number of coffees as stays – in my case, 2. this costs little. but literally, it is the only complaint.Fantastic Apartment, Perfect location and awesome breakfast – Richb71 from United Kingdom – July 11, 2025 (10/10)
The Apartment was fantastic. Great size, comfort, decor and facilities.
We had Breakfast included over the road at the Wyndham Grand Hotel which was fantastic.
What could be improved: A full length mirror would have been useful by the wardrobe.
As we were staying 4 nights a fee more coffee pods would have been nice (only 2).
A tea towel would have been useful to help wash / dry up.
Also as we stayed for 4 nights a couple more bath towels would have been useful.
However, these are all minor things and did not detract from our very enjoyable stay.apartamentai – Linas from Lithuania – July 8, 2025 (9/10)
Wonderful breakfast, very good location. The apartments are in the heart of the Old Town, with all main attractions nearby. The staff was helpful; we had a late flight, and they allowed us to leave our belongings, change, and shower after checking out.
What could be improved: It's quite noisy at night, so you need to close the windows. The apartment uses key codes for both the main entrance and the apartment door, so you'll always need to enter codes.Very comfortable, I heartily recommend! – Charlotte from Iceland – July 5, 2025 (10/10)
Comfortable, clean, a great location, air conditioning… we were very satisfied. We could leave our suitcase in a hotel nearby free of charge after checking out.
What could be improved: We liked everything. There is no reception so you get the door codes in a message, but the contact with the property management via text messages is good.Excellent – George from Australia – July 1, 2025 (10/10)
Beautiful and spacious apartment, excellent breakfast, and in the best location in Krakow. One of my best stays ever.
