Native Apartments Blich 7 Overview
You know what struck me first about Native Apartments Blich 7? The building itself has this lovely old Krakow character – you’re right in Grzegórzki, which honestly feels more like where locals actually live rather than the tourist bubble of the Old Town. I mean, don’t get me wrong, you’re still close enough to walk to the main square in about fifteen minutes, but there’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that doesn’t scream “tourist trap” the moment you step outside.
The apartments themselves are actually quite thoughtfully done – someone clearly put effort into making these feel like proper homes rather than sterile hotel rooms. The kitchenettes are small but functional (I managed to make decent coffee every morning), and the beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with Polish furniture all night. What I really appreciated were the little touches – decent Wi-Fi that actually worked, proper blackout curtains (crucial if you’re jet-lagged), and bathrooms that feel modern without being cold. The building’s a bit older, so you’ll hear some street noise if you’re a super light sleeper, but it’s mostly just the gentle hum of a neighborhood going about its business, not party chaos.
Here’s the thing about this location that I think people miss when they just look at maps – Grzegórzki puts you right between the historic center and some of Krakow’s best everyday spots. There’s this fantastic little bakery just around the corner on Dietla Street where you can grab proper Polish pastries for breakfast, and you’re walking distance from both Kazimierz (the Jewish quarter with all those incredible restaurants) and Podgórze across the river. The tram connections are solid too – the nearest stop gets you pretty much anywhere you need to go without the hassle of driving in Krakow’s medieval street layout. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’ve got a rental car, but that’s true for most of central Krakow anyway. What I loved most was coming back in the evenings and actually feeling like I was staying in a real neighborhood rather than a tourist accommodation – there’s something to be said for grabbing groceries at the local Żabka and cooking dinner while planning the next day’s adventures.

Reviews of Native Apartments Blich 7
Great location – Evija from Latvia – June 9, 2024 (7/10)
Great location.
Two separate rooms, plenty of space for 5 people.
It was clean and nice.
Staff was very friendly.
What could be improved: There is a very nasty neighbor, very angry with guests. He was calling me names and screaming on my children. I know that ovner can’t do much about this, but it is as very uncomfortable, little kid was afraid to go back to apartment.
There are some things that could be repaired (hole in the wall, table that makes sounds when you lean on it) or just made more comfortable (more than two wine glasses, some salt).Nice stay with a hell of a neighbor – Xavi from Spain – February 19, 2024 (8/10)
Great location, the train stop to the airport just few minutes away, 10 minutes from the main touristic places. Nice apartment, comfortable and great facilities. Nice communication with the staff through the phone.
What could be improved: We were at the apartment n8, and we had some issues with the neighbor next door from n9.. he came out all the time we got out or in from the apartment to talk to us, and one night he knocked our door at 10pm, saying he had no hot water and wanted to take a shower at our apartment. Obviously we rejected his request because was kinda weird, but he kept knocking our door every time to insist… we had to threat him to call the police if he kept bothering us as he was being so creepy. Later that night, around 3 am, he played loud music the whole night so we couldn’t sleep well… it was a hell of a night. I think they should talk to him to respect the guests. Other from that, the stay was ok.Good – Konstantinos from Greece – June 28, 2025 (7/10)
The location was amazing (200-300m from train, close to city centre, close to restaurants and supermarkets). The apartment was simple but nice, coffee maker was a plus. The host was very helpful and very very kind
What could be improved: The bedrooms (2) were a bit small. The apartment floor was not clean enough (we were walking with no shoes and our socks turned black. There was only 1 small closet. No air condition (mostly needed to avoid external noise). The building is close to hospital so sirens all day and night. Before entering the apartment there is a small hallway which smells really really bad (not the apartment's fault, it is a common room with another apartment)Allright – Zeynep from Turkey – August 9, 2023 (7/10)
Interior was new and fresh
What could be improved: Smell at the entrance corridor of the building was unbearablewe liked apartments very much! cool location! – Viktoriia from Ukraine – February 3, 2023 (9/10)
Everything is very stylish and modern in light colors. A lot of free space.
What could be improved: when we were there the weather wasn’t dry and there were some mud outside which we brought to the apartments. and there were nothing to wash that mudExceptional – Carol from United Kingdom – April 27, 2025 (10/10)

Apartment is located near to the city center and is in a great place to walk around the old part of the city. Kitchen is well-equipped and bathroom is clean and spacious. Rooms are cosy and spacious and common room is also very nice. Communication was perfect and hosts are pretty kind and very responsive.
