  Єдиний мінус – дуже гучно від трамваїв. Заважає спати. В цілому все відповідає опису і фото. Чисто, є все необхідне, навіть пральна і посудомийна машина. Достатньо місця, світла кімната. Чай, цукор, чайник, мило, рушники, навіть засіб для посудомийної машини. Затишно. Недалеко від центру.
