I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name “Nica Old Town Free Parking Spacious Sunny Terrace,” I thought it sounded like someone just threw every possible selling point into the title. But actually, after staying there twice now, I get why they did it. Those are literally the four things you’ll care most about once you’re there.

The free parking thing is huge, and I mean that. If you’ve ever tried to park in Nice’s old town (and let’s face it, most of us just circle around getting increasingly frustrated), you’ll understand why this matters so much. The hotel has this little courtyard area where you can actually leave your car without paying those insane €30-a-day rates you see everywhere else. It’s not the prettiest parking setup – sort of tucked behind the building – but honestly, who cares when you’re saving that much money? The terrace they mention is the real star though. It’s this sun-soaked space that catches morning light perfectly, and I spent way too many hours up there with coffee just watching the old town wake up. You can actually see people setting up the flower market from up there, which happens around 6 AM if you’re an early riser like me.

The rooms themselves are… well, they’re exactly what you’d expect from a solid 3-star place. Nothing fancy, but everything works and there’s genuinely more space than most places you’ll find in that part of town. The walls are thick (old building perks), so even though you’re right in the middle of everything, it stays pretty quiet at night. I mean, you’ll hear some street noise during the day – it’s the old town, not a monastery – but by 10 PM things settle down nicely. The staff runs a pretty relaxed operation, which I actually prefer. Check-in was this casual conversation rather than some formal hotel ritual, and they know the neighborhood well enough to point you toward the good stuff. Like, they told me about this tiny bakery two streets over that opens at 6:30 AM and makes these incredible pain au chocolat – the kind of local intel you can’t Google. The location puts you within walking distance of basically everything you came to Nice to see, but more importantly, you’re in the actual neighborhood where people live, not just the tourist corridor. There’s a small grocery store right around the corner, and the evening light in those narrow streets is something else entirely. That 9.0 rating makes sense once you realize this isn’t trying to be luxury – it’s trying to be the kind of place where you feel like you’re staying in someone’s neighborhood rather than visiting it.

  It is in an excellent location and a lovely new building with an underground parking garage! The surrounding area is very walkable and has lots of things to see.

  The apartment is located in a new building, in Kazimierz, Krakow’s historic Jewish quarter. It includes underground parking and a small, but very nice terrace.
  On the street is a light traffic, making it pretty quiet.
  Being part of Jewish Quarter, allows you to acces by foot main touristic attractions of Krakow (Main Market Square, Wawel Castle, Jewish Synagogues, etc).

  The apartment was nice, spacious and very clean. Everything we could need was available and the beds and shower were great. Also, the location in the proximity of various things to see and do in Krakow was perfect.
