Honestly, when I first pulled up to this place on Przemysłowa Street, I wasn’t sure what to expect – the area’s got that slightly industrial vibe from the street name, you know? But man, was I wrong to judge. This apartment absolutely nailed the whole “hidden gem” thing that every traveler claims to find but rarely actually does.

The first thing that hits you is how ridiculously easy the parking situation is. I mean, free private parking in Krakow? That’s basically like finding a unicorn. Most places in the city center will charge you through the nose or leave you circling blocks like a vulture. Here, you just pull right in and you’re sorted. The apartment itself sits in this perfect sweet spot – you’re far enough from the tourist madness of the Old Town that you can actually think straight, but close enough that a quick tram ride gets you to all the good stuff. The 4A tram line is practically at your doorstep, and it’ll drop you right into the heart of things in maybe fifteen minutes.

What really gets me about this place is the attention to actual livability. The kitchen’s properly equipped (not just some sad mini-fridge situation), the wifi actually works at reasonable speeds, and – this might sound weird but hear me out – the shower has proper water pressure. You’d be amazed how many “luxury” places can’t get that basic thing right. The city views from the windows are genuinely nice too, especially in the evening when the light hits the buildings just right. It’s not some postcard-perfect panorama, but it’s real Krakow life happening below you, which honestly feels more authentic than staring at yet another church spire. The whole setup feels like staying at a friend’s place who happens to have really good taste and knows how to make guests comfortable. There’s this lived-in quality that makes you want to actually unpack your suitcase instead of living out of it for days. And look, the 9.6 rating isn’t some fluke – the owners clearly put thought into the little things that matter when you’re trying to feel human while traveling. Just don’t expect luxury hotel-style daily housekeeping; this is more about having your own space to decompress after wandering around cobblestone streets all day.

  We had a great stay at the apartment. It was perfect for our family of four with two young children. Two separate rooms, plenty of storage and a secure parking lot which is included in the price.The flat is located centrally but not in the strict city centre, The view from the flat is amazing. There is a shared garden with plenty of space for children to run. There is a shop nearby and some coffee shops and restaurants.
  The owner was very responsive and helpful. She let us leave our bags in the flat before check in time and allowed for a car to stay a bit longer in the parking lot after checkout. She gave clear instructions to get to the flat. Overall it was what we needed and we would recommend the flat for a family stay.

  Very nice facilities and location. A bit awkward room for family with 8 yo kid – no locker in the bathroom. Otherwise place is great for long term, no problems with TV – we easy connected to Netflix. Room was clean. I don't like small bathroom though. Near apartment few shops, restaurants, barbershop, nail bar – very close to city centre.
  
  What could be improved: Reception didn't speak English. We have arrived at 18 because of traffic jams, he wasn't able to check Name of the reservation in the system and he requested to provide room number – we were confused but when another host helped us. It was vey hidden somewhere on Booking com page. Very confusing situation and we were tiring after 7 hours drive in a bad weather conditions.

  Bardzo dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie, położone na 4 piętrze budynku wyposażone go w windę. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko Kazimierza i Starego Miasta. Bardzo ładny widok z okna na Wisłę. Polecam serdecznie.

  Świetnie zlokalizowane, małe i przytulne mieszkanko, idealne dla rodziny 2+1 na kilkudniowy wypad do Krakowa. Piękny dziedziniec, na dole cudowna knajpka z przepysznymi śniadaniami i kawą, w pobliżu smaczne burgery, pizza i inne, nieopodal Żabka. W mieszkaniu bardzo czysto i nowocześnie. Widok na Wisłę. Zaskoczyło mnie, jak dobrze wyposażone jest mieszkanie – był nawet toster, ekspres na kapsułki, piekarnik i takie drobiazgi jak korkociąg czy nożyczki. Z pralko-suszarki nie korzystaliśmy, ale to na pewno super opcja, jeśli ktoś przyjeżdża na dłużej. Wygodne łóżko i duża kanapa w salonie, czysta i pachnąca pościel, dużo miejsc do przechowywania rzeczy. Kontakt z właścicielką wzorowy i wręcz ekspresowy. Polecam z całego serca i jeśli tylko będę w Krakowie, to będzie mój wybór nr 1.
