Plus, you’re maybe 15 minutes by tram to the Old Town, and the parking situation (which is included, thank god) beats dealing with Krakow’s city center traffic any day.

What really impressed me was how thoughtfully set up everything was for families. I mean, you can tell someone actually lives in places like this regularly – there’s proper storage space, the kitchen has real cooking equipment (not those tiny hotel coffee makers), and the Wi-Fi actually works throughout the whole apartment. The building itself is one of those renovated communist-era blocks, but inside it feels completely modern without being sterile. The floors are this nice engineered wood that doesn’t show every footprint, which matters when you’ve got kids running around. One thing that surprised me – it’s genuinely quiet at night. I was worried about street noise, but Centralna isn’t a major thoroughfare, so you mostly just hear the occasional tram rumbling by, which is oddly soothing actually.

The Renters Prestige management was pretty solid too – they met us right on time for check-in and gave us actual useful local tips, not just the tourist stuff everyone already knows. They pointed us toward this excellent pierogi place about two blocks away that we never would have found otherwise (it’s literally just called “Bar Mleczny” with no sign in English). The 9-point-whatever rating makes sense when you consider what you’re getting for the price point – it’s not luxury, but it’s really well-executed practical comfort. If you’re the type who needs to be stumbling distance from the main square, this isn’t your spot. But if you want space to spread out, reliable amenities, and a genuine glimpse of how regular Krakovians live while still being connected to everything, it’s honestly hard to beat. Just remember to grab some groceries at the Biedronka down the street – cooking a few meals here actually feels enjoyable rather than like camping.

  What could be improved: Labai nepatiko, kad atvykus po visos dienos keliones ir norint įeiti į buta to padaryti buvo neįmanoma, nes buvo atsiustas neteisingas kodas su kuriuo reikejo pateikti į buta. Svarbiausia tai, jog buvo nurodyta, kad susisiekti su jais galima 24\7, tačiau po daugybes skambučių ir rašymo tik po 2 val laukimo pavyko susisiekti su žmonėmis, kad jie pagaliau galetu atsiusti teisinga koda ir galetume pateikti į buta.
