Honestly, when I first walked up to Old Town Oasis on Bogusławskiego Street, I almost missed it – which is actually a good thing because it means you’re not dealing with tour bus chaos right outside your door. The entrance has this understated elegance that immediately tells you the owners get it, you know? They’ve created something special without screaming about it.

The loft-style rooms are what really got me though. I mean, we’re talking about genuine character here – exposed brick walls that have probably seen centuries of Krakow’s history, but with heating that actually works (trust me, this matters in Polish winters). The space feels generous without being cavernous, and there’s this perfect balance of old-world charm and modern functionality. You’ll find proper coffee-making facilities, not those sad little instant packets, and the WiFi is solid enough for video calls if work follows you on vacation. The bathrooms deserve a mention too – they’ve managed to fit everything you need without making you feel like you’re showering in a closet, which is honestly impressive given we’re talking about Old Town real estate.

What I love most is how they’ve positioned this place. You’re literally a three-minute walk from the Main Square – close enough that you can pop back for a quick rest between sightseeing, but far enough that you’re not hearing drunk tourists singing at 2 AM. Bogusławskiego is one of those quieter Old Town streets that locals actually use, so you’ll see regular life happening alongside the tourist stuff. There’s a fantastic pierogi place just around the corner that most visitors never find, and the little grocery store two blocks down stays open late when you need basics. The staff seems to actually know the neighborhood too – they pointed me toward this incredible wine bar in a basement cellar that I would have walked past a dozen times without noticing.

The 9.3 rating makes complete sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but everything works exactly as it should. Check-in was smooth, the room was spotless, and honestly, the value is exceptional for what you get in this location. I’ve paid more for cramped hotel rooms with windows facing brick walls. Here, you’re getting space, character, and a genuine Old Town experience without the premium that comes with being right on the tourist trail.

  Everything was perfect from the smallest details. Amazing beds, you can find everything what you need in the apartment. We loved the location you can go everywhere by foot and find great restaurants around.

  Brand new apartment very clean, modern and well furnished. Very safe has two sets of doors that you have to enter using a code from the host. It is within walking distance to all major attractions in the city. AC works great but unfortunately the dishwasher was broken at the time of our stay. There is also expresso machines with complimentary coffee cups, washing machine and a large fridge with ice maker. Plenty of room to fit 6 people maybe even more if someone is willing to stay on the couch by the kitchen.
  
  What could be improved: No communication from the host other than an email with the code to the front doors and the keys pick up location. No one reached out to me and the keys were held with a hotel across the street, The instructions to enter the apartment were very crappy. Not well written and confusing. Not to mention the apartment door does not have a number on it so I was trying to enter incorrect apartment. Also the key to the apartment is not marked and you are left with 5 different keys and two locks trying to figure out what key and what lock is going to open the door. Hotel across the street is not helpful and no one from the loft showed up to greet you and help open the doors.

  Large and well decorated apartment and a nice back yard.
  Very quiet even though it is in a central location.
  Many rooms with beds for large companies.
  A well equipped kitchen where you could prepare meals or take a coffee.
  
  What could be improved: The floor in the kitchen and living room area was a little bit dirty.
  Would be extra helpful with some instructions for how to shut the blinds in one of the bedrooms as you needed to stand inside the window and turn the lever. Only reachable for tall persons.
