The Wi-Fi was solid throughout, which saved my life during a few work calls, and the water pressure in the shower was honestly better than my apartment back home. I will say the floors can be a bit creaky – you’ll hear your upstairs neighbors if they’re early risers, but it wasn’t terrible. Just something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

What really won me over was how the staff treated the place. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no upselling, no weird deposit drama, just “here’s your key, here’s how the heating works, let us know if you need anything.” The cleaning was thorough without being intrusive, and they actually restocked the coffee pods regularly (little things like that matter when you’re staying more than a night or two). The location puts you right in the thick of the old town vibe without the tourist trap pricing of some of the more central spots. I could walk to most of the main sights, but I also stumbled across these great local cafes and shops that I probably wouldn’t have found staying in the super obvious hotel district. Parking was street-side, which took a bit of figuring out the first day, but once you get the hang of the local system it’s totally manageable. For an 8.8 rating, this place delivers exactly what it promises – comfortable, clean, well-located apartments that let you settle in and explore at your own pace. It’s the kind of place I’d actually book again, which honestly says more than any fancy amenities list ever could.

  Everything excellent in the apartment apart from the bed! We were so tired so once we lay down it didn’t matter anymore.

  Great location, the apartment has everything you need, it is situated in a quiet area. The check in and check out was super easy to be done.

  On the photo the main room appears larger. The flat is small, but very nice and modern. It is situated in the center of the old city, near the Wavel, shops, cafes, restaurants and city transport. (I do not advice the restoran "U Doroty", the rest are nice and tasty.) There were shampoo, soap, bathgel, the laundry gel in the bathroom, salt, peper, sugar, coffee and tea in the kitchen. The comunication with the appartment servise personal was nice, quick and simple (Michal). Everything was nice and pleasant 👌
