  Check-in was easy and fast. I emailed the host the day before asking if I could check in earlier and how to get the key. The host replied very quickly, agreeing to an early check-in and informing me where the keys would be when we arrived. The apartment was big and spacious, equipped with everything you need for a stay of a few days or even longer. Check-out was quick too. The apartment is in a quiet area but just 5 minutes from the main train station and not even 10 minutes from Old Town Krakow.
  
  What could be improved: I had a great stay overall, but a few minor issues stood out. The bathroom light bulb was out, and the apartment needs a good cleaning. There was a lot of dust.

  Location was perfect… close to downtown area as well as bars and restaurants. Nice, modern building … outside area was really neat and taken care of. Nice view from the windows and the balcony.
  
  What could be improved: The fact the place was not quite ready and not as clean as I would expect it to be. The floor in the apartment was dirty and there were greasy smudges on the cabinets and the bathroom had toothpaste stuck to the faucet from previous occupants which was not cleaned… all in all the place was very nice but we had to contact the property manager about the cleanliness of the place… which to their credit they addressed right away. I would have not minded waiting longer to receive the place nice and clean. But again, management stepped up and handled the issue right away in a professional manner.
