Pastell Apartments Overview
You know what’s funny about Pastell Apartments? The name actually makes perfect sense once you see the place – there’s this soft, almost dreamy quality to the whole building that somehow lives up to that 9.0 rating despite being “just” a 3-star spot. I mean, honestly, I’ve stayed at plenty of 4-star places that felt way more generic than this.
The thing that really struck me was how quiet it gets at night. You’re not exactly in the middle of nowhere, but there’s this sweet spot vibe where you’re close enough to actually do stuff without dealing with constant street noise. The apartments themselves are bigger than you’d expect – and I’m talking about real space here, not that clever furniture arrangement that makes hotel rooms look spacious in photos but leaves you bumping into things. The kitchenettes are actually functional too, which… let’s be real, that’s not always the case with aparthotels. I found myself using the little stovetop way more than I thought I would.
What I really appreciated was how the whole place felt lived-in rather than sterile. The lobby has this comfortable, slightly worn-in feeling (in a good way), and the staff seemed to actually remember guests’ names after a day or two. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no lengthy presentations about amenities you’ll never use or pushy upselling attempts. The woman at the front desk just handed over the keys and mentioned a few genuinely useful things about the neighborhood. There’s decent parking too, though it fills up during what I’m guessing are the busier months, so maybe don’t count on rolling in at midnight and finding a spot right by the entrance. The whole building has this sort of understated charm that grows on you – nothing flashy or Instagram-worthy, but everything works the way it should. By the third day, I realized I was actually looking forward to coming back to the room, which is honestly the best test of whether a place is doing something right.
The concierge service in Krakow can arrange exclusive castle tours, secure classical concert tickets, and organize visits to nearby Wieliczka Salt Mine and Auschwitz Memorial.

Reviews of Pastell Apartments
Curteanu from Romania (9/10)
The apartment is located in an old building in the center of the city, a few minutes' walk from the main sights.
The apartment is renovated and can accommodate families of three people without problems, we were two adults and a dog and we felt good.
From this location you don't need a car to go to the most important places to visit, which is important. However, if you travel by car, you have to take into account that the location does not have a parking lot, we found parking right in front of the location without problems.Alex from United Kingdom (8/10)

The apartment is fully equipped for a few day stay. It is near the all city attractions, in a nice street. The colours and details in the apartment are great! We had dishwasher, detergent, washing machine… all useful things. Kitchen was great, and a bonus for the coffee capsules. We communicated with the host before and during our stay, and they met our additional requests, sent check in instructions on time, and were available during all the stay. I would stay here again definitely.
Akhaya from India (9/10)
The location is near the public transport. The city center and my place of work was just within 1 km radius. The host is cordial and helpful. Check-in was smooth. The house was clean and warm. The kitchen is awesome. Washroom was nice and spacious. The sofa was huge. One can comfortably sleep on it.

Amazing apartment! Clean, exactly like on the pictures, everything is new and works fine, well equipped kitchen. The place is central (10 minutes to the main square), but quiet.
It's definitely one of my best stays!Daniel from Romania (9/10)
I wanted to spend the holidays with my daughter in Krakow, a wonderful city. I can say that the apartment contributed greatly to our well-being. The one we chose has two separate bedrooms, each with a large TV where we could access Netflix, Disney, etc. It is tastefully decorated, with quality finishes and comfortable beds. The cooking and dining area is equipped with everything you could want, except for a microwave, but this was not an inconvenience for us. The location is excellent, a maximum of 10 minutes walk to the Christmas market in the central square. In the area there are also shops for the bare necessities and a small bar located on the same street where you can drink a very good coffee or a beer. Parking is on the street, in front of the building and can be paid in cash or by card. We always found a free space. Last but not least, the owner is very responsive and kind. I highly recommend it.

The location of this place is great very central
The room had all the amenities required but smaller than usual. Didn't matter much as we were only there for long weekend.Maria from Portugal (9/10)
The apartment was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, in a perfect 15-minute walk location to the city center, and all communication received by the hosts was very clear and helpful. The only downside is the apartment we were given is very small, and the beds are located in an upstairs area that can only be accessed by a steep ladder. It didn't make the experience bad for us, we just weren't expecting it.

Nice, clean, recently renovated apartment. Landlord very gentle and active: we had a problem with the boiler that was solved very quickly. All furniture new and well working.
