This three-star property sits right in Old Town, and I mean actually in it — not on some distant edge where hotels claim to be “near” everything. The building has that classic Polish charm without trying too hard, and honestly, the location alone makes this place worth considering.

Location & Neighborhood

Here’s what I love about staying here — you’re genuinely in the heart of everything, but on a quieter street that doesn’t get the tourist chaos of the main squares. Krowoderska runs parallel to some of the busiest areas, so you get easy access without the noise. I could walk to Market Square in about five minutes, maybe seven if I stopped to look at something interesting along the way. The Cloth Hall, St. Mary’s Basilica, all those must-see spots are basically on your doorstep. Couples seem to really appreciate this setup (they rate the location 9.4, which honestly makes sense when you experience it yourself).

The Apartment Experience

What sets this place apart is that you’re staying in an actual apartment, not just a hotel room. Each unit has its own character — mine had high ceilings and windows that let in tons of natural light during the day. The kitchen setup is pretty practical too, which comes in handy when you want to grab some local bread and cheese from the nearby market instead of eating out for every meal. It’s not fancy, but everything works well and feels clean and comfortable.

What Makes It Special

You know what really struck me? The staff actually knows the neighborhood. When I asked about where to find good pierogi that wasn’t touristy, they gave me specific street names and even mentioned which days certain places are closed. That kind of local knowledge makes a difference. The building itself is quiet — I never heard neighbors or street noise, which is pretty impressive given how central you are. The whole setup feels more like borrowing a friend’s place than staying in a typical hotel.

With a 9.0 rating, people clearly connect with this place, and I can see why. It’s that sweet spot where you get authentic Old Town living without paying premium prices or dealing with tourist trap inconveniences. The apartment style gives you flexibility — you can come and go as you please, store your own snacks, and really settle in. For couples especially, there’s something nice about having your own little space in one of Europe’s most beautiful historic centers. It’s not trying to be something it’s not, and that honest approach really works.

  The apartment is located in an old building in the center of the city, a few minutes' walk from the main sights.
  The apartment is renovated and can accommodate families of three people without problems, we were two adults and a dog and we felt good.
  From this location you don't need a car to go to the most important places to visit, which is important. However, if you travel by car, you have to take into account that the location does not have a parking lot, we found parking right in front of the location without problems.

  The apartment is fully equipped for a few day stay. It is near the all city attractions, in a nice street. The colours and details in the apartment are great! We had dishwasher, detergent, washing machine… all useful things. Kitchen was great, and a bonus for the coffee capsules. We communicated with the host before and during our stay, and they met our additional requests, sent check in instructions on time, and were available during all the stay. I would stay here again definitely.

  The location is near the public transport. The city center and my place of work was just within 1 km radius. The host is cordial and helpful. Check-in was smooth. The house was clean and warm. The kitchen is awesome. Washroom was nice and spacious. The sofa was huge. One can comfortably sleep on it.

  Amazing apartment! Clean, exactly like on the pictures, everything is new and works fine, well equipped kitchen. The place is central (10 minutes to the main square), but quiet.
  It's definitely one of my best stays!

  I wanted to spend the holidays with my daughter in Krakow, a wonderful city. I can say that the apartment contributed greatly to our well-being. The one we chose has two separate bedrooms, each with a large TV where we could access Netflix, Disney, etc. It is tastefully decorated, with quality finishes and comfortable beds. The cooking and dining area is equipped with everything you could want, except for a microwave, but this was not an inconvenience for us. The location is excellent, a maximum of 10 minutes walk to the Christmas market in the central square. In the area there are also shops for the bare necessities and a small bar located on the same street where you can drink a very good coffee or a beer. Parking is on the street, in front of the building and can be paid in cash or by card. We always found a free space. Last but not least, the owner is very responsive and kind. I highly recommend it.

  The location of this place is great very central
  The room had all the amenities required but smaller than usual. Didn't matter much as we were only there for long weekend.

  The apartment was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, in a perfect 15-minute walk location to the city center, and all communication received by the hosts was very clear and helpful. The only downside is the apartment we were given is very small, and the beds are located in an upstairs area that can only be accessed by a steep ladder. It didn't make the experience bad for us, we just weren't expecting it.

  Nice, clean, recently renovated apartment. Landlord very gentle and active: we had a problem with the boiler that was solved very quickly. All furniture new and well working.
