You’d think a place called LoftAffair might be party central, but it’s actually pretty peaceful once evening rolls around. The walls are solid enough that you’re not hearing every conversation from neighboring units, which honestly surprised me given how many trendy places seem to prioritize looks over basic soundproofing. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that overly complicated keycard system that half the time doesn’t work anyway. The whole experience feels more like borrowing a friend’s place than staying at a commercial spot, which I mean in the best possible way. Sure, it’s not going to win any luxury awards – it’s solidly three stars and knows it – but that 8.4 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there a few days. It’s the kind of place where the small things work properly, the space actually functions for real life, and you end up feeling more settled than you expected. If you’re looking for marble lobbies and concierge service, keep looking. But if you want somewhere that feels genuine and gives you room to breathe without breaking the bank, this spot delivers on that promise.

  Apartment is very spacious, enough for 5 adults + 2 kids + a dog 🙂 There is everything needed inside, it is close to the city center, bus/tram stop right in front of the building, 5 minutes walk to the river promenade. Communication was easy and fast

  Beautiful apartment with a luxury decor. Beds were comfortable. Location is excellent with tram stop in front of the door, indoor parking garage was useful too.

  We traveled with a group of 4 people and stayed at the apartment for one night. We are completely satisfied with the apartments – everything is clean and comfortable, simple check-in / check-out, you can quickly get from the bus station by tram.
  
  Very nice spacious apartments, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Clean towels, bed linen, comfortable mattresses and pillows. Good soundproofing, we didn't hear the neighbors. The windows overlook the courtyard, so the room is quiet, and the birdsong was a nice bonus for us.
  
  Right next to the building there is a bus stop and many places where you can buy groceries and eat.
  
  Thus, these apartments are an ideal place to relax with a family or a company.
  
  We will definitely happy to stay at these apartments again in the future!
