Piłsudskiego In City Apartments Overview

Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard “Piłsudskiego In City Apartments,” I wasn’t sure what to expect. The name sounds pretty official and formal, right? But here’s the thing that surprised me: this place actually nails that sweet spot between having your own space and getting decent hotel-style service. It’s one of those apartment hotels that’s popping up everywhere, but this one… well, they’re doing it right.

The location is what really sold me, though I mean, Piłsudskiego street runs through some prime real estate in most Polish cities, and you can tell they picked their spot carefully. You’re not stuck in some tourist bubble – you’ll actually see locals going about their day, grabbing coffee at the corner spots, walking their dogs in the morning. The apartments themselves feel lived-in in the best way possible, not like those sterile extended-stay places where everything’s beige and bolted down. I actually forgot I was staying in a rental after the first night because the setup just feels… normal. Good normal. The kitchen isn’t just for show either – you can actually cook a proper meal if you want to save some money or just miss having breakfast on your own timeline.

What really gets me is how they’ve managed to keep that 8.8 rating, because honestly, that’s not easy in the apartment game. People expect a lot when they’re basically renting someone’s living space, you know? But the little things work here – reliable Wi-Fi (I tested it on video calls, no problems), water pressure that doesn’t make you question your life choices, and beds that don’t feel like they came from a college dorm. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that “meet us at a random corner with a red umbrella” nonsense you sometimes get with apartment rentals. Sure, it’s technically a 3-star setup, but those stars don’t really mean much in the apartment world anyway. I’ve stayed in plenty of 4-star hotels that left me more frustrated than this place did. The value proposition just makes sense – you get space to spread out, a kitchen to make your morning coffee exactly how you like it, and you’re positioned to explore the city like someone who actually lives there instead of just passing through. Plus, and this might sound weird, but the sound insulation is actually decent. I was expecting typical apartment building noise issues, but most nights were surprisingly quiet.

Best hotels in Krakow range from charming boutique properties in the historic Market Square to elegant converted palaces with stunning views of Wawel Castle and the Vistula River.

Reviews of Piłsudskiego In City Apartments

  • Anna from Bulgaria (9/10)

Great location – walking distance from most sights or if you want to explore the town further – there is a bus stop right in front of the entrance. Easy check-in/out and apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay. It's nice and quiet at night as the rooms don't overlook the street.
We stayed with a little one and despite the up/down stairs when entering, we didn't have much trouble carrying our bags and stroller.

Location was very good, a few mins through the planty park to the main square. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was a little hard to find the apartment (through to the rear courtyard, take the lift then through steel doors). We loved the beautiful bathroom, and having streaming services was a bonus. Some good restaurants close by (Smakolyki for great breakfast and dinner at good prices). Tram a short walk away. All in all I would return

  • Megan from Canada (9/10)

A spectacular place!! Close enough to Old Town that it was an easy walk to the shopping and restaurants, but far enough away that it was nice and quiet. Everything was very clean and comfortable!

  • Joy from United Kingdom (8/10)

The accommodation is very centrally situated. Very comfortable.
Has basically everything that was required
5 minutes walk from old town

Property is close to all the attraction points and the public transport. In the same street you have a mini market, a ramen restaurant and few more restaurants. The flat is really spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen have all you need even if you want to cook during your holidays. The cleaning products were provided and we had enough towels for three people. Building is quiet and it has a lift. Communication was excellent and Stan provided clear guidance to get access to the flat and pictures were helpful too. We will book it again for about next trip to Krakow.

    Location was amazing.

  • Kaz from United Kingdom (9/10)

Location was fantastic. Easy walk into Old Town and train station. Shop just down the road for supplies.
Apartment had been renovated to a very high standard and was very comfortable.
Only criticism was the lack of crockery and glasses. A bit of a mismatch.

I found this place quite good. The apartment is well equipped. Everything was a brand new. The renter answered to every question and did it quick. The location of this place is also nice.
