Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re close enough to walk to Main Market Square in about ten minutes, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the constant stream of tour groups. The street connects nicely to Floriańska, so you’ve got easy access to all the main sights without being right on top of them. There’s a small grocery store just around the corner, and honestly, some of my favorite little cafés are within a two-minute walk. Plus, and this is huge for three-star accommodation in Old Town, there’s actual parking available on-site — you know how rare that is in this part of the city.

Practical Considerations

The building is quiet, which matters more than you might think when you’re trying to sleep off a day of exploring Wawel Castle and the Jewish Quarter. The room setup works well for couples — there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without tripping over each other. The bathroom is modern and the water pressure is solid, which honestly can be hit or miss in these older buildings. One thing to note: while the apartment is well-equipped, don’t expect hotel-style daily housekeeping — this is more of an independent stay where you take care of yourself.

What really makes this place work is that balance between being in the thick of things and having your own peaceful retreat. I’ve stayed in places right on the main square where the noise never stops, and I’ve stayed further out where you spend half your time commuting to see anything interesting.   We had a great stay at this apartment except a few things which the agency could do to make the experience better
  
  The apartment is brand new inside. Modern furnishing. Includes a washing machine, dishwasher and small fridge/freezer. 2 single wardrobes in the bedroom and a big bed. The bathroom is amazing in terms of the shower, sink is very pretty and the interior design is stylish. The properly is away from town, meaning that it is quieter. The building itself is also very quiet, just a dog barking once or twice a day so you can get good sleep. You can get a tram (5min walk and costs 4 zloty for 20minute ticket), bus or Uber (£4) to centre of town. There is a parking space outside the building too.
  
  The bed is super comfortable (more than mine at home!). Plenty of pillows and bedding provided
  
  The flat is quite warm with the radiators working intermittently. The corridors of the guiding are also warm which contributes to the warmth inside. There is also a balcony which is big and spacious with 2 chairs and table.
  
  The agency provided tea, coffee, kettle, coffee machine, some toiletries, kitchen paper, a few dishwasher tablets and a few toilet rolls to start us off (you will need to buy extra)

  Very clean and cozy apartment with good renovation. Free parking, good sound insulation. We had really good stay there.

  Jednak pojawiły się też pewne minusy. Po otwarciu łazienki był wyczuwalny nieprzyjemny zapach kanalizacji, co mogło obniżać komfort pobytu. Brakowało również podstawowych przypraw, takich jak sól i pieprz, co byłoby przydatnym udogodnieniem dla gości.
  
  Ogólnie pobyt był udany, a drobne niedogodności można łatwo poprawić.

  Bardzo gustowny wystrój, klimatyczne mieszkanie. Dobry kontakt z obsługą. Przedłużyliśmy pobyt, więc chyba ok😁
  Polecam, dobrze skomunikowane z centrum, blisko żabka. Garaż zaraz pod blokiem ze szlabanem fajne udogodnienie. Na balkonie także można było wypić poranną kawkę.
  Pobyt oceniam za udany.
