Hemen ileride (yaklaşık 200 metre) 24 saat açık market ve 24 saat açık fast food dükkanları var. Bina yeni inşaa edilmiş bu yüzden tesis temiz ve yeni mimari görünümü ile artı puanı alıyor. Bina giriş kapısı şifreli ve güvenlik kamerası mevcut. Ve bina girişinde güvenlik personeli çalışıyor bu kesinlikle artı puan. Binada 2 asansör bulunuyor özel durumu olanlar için iyi bir avantaj. Daire tertemizdi. Banyo havlular çarşaflar hepsi temizdi. Rahatsız edici hiç bir koku yoktu. Ev sahibi yardımsever bir arkadaş. Mesajlara hızlı şekilde geri dönüş yapıyor. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim.
