Riva Verona Apartments by Renters Prestige Overview
You know what caught me off guard about Riva Verona Apartments? The name sounds all fancy and hotel-like, but this is actually more of an apartment-style setup – which honestly worked out way better than I expected. I mean, when you’re staying in Verona for more than a night or two, having a proper kitchen and some extra space to spread out makes such a difference.
The building itself has that solid, unpretentious feel you get with a lot of Italian properties – nothing flashy, but well-maintained and functional. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays, even during peak tourist season. The walls are thick enough that you’re not hearing every conversation from the hallway, and if you end up with a room facing away from the main street, you’ll sleep like a baby. The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious – I had friends staying at one of those boutique hotels in the historic center, and honestly, they were kind of jealous of how much room I had to actually unpack and settle in. The kitchenette isn’t going to win any design awards, but it’s got everything you need if you want to grab some fresh produce from the morning markets and make yourself a proper breakfast instead of paying hotel prices for mediocre coffee and pastries.
Here’s the thing though – this isn’t one of those places where you’re going to get round-the-clock concierge service or someone bringing you fresh towels twice a day. It’s more independent living, which I actually loved, but just know what you’re signing up for. The staff is helpful when you need them, but you’re pretty much on your own once you get your keys. The location works well if you don’t mind a short walk to get into the real heart of things – you’re not literally stumbling out your door onto Piazza delle Erbe, but you’re close enough that it’s an easy stroll, and far enough away that you escape some of the tourist chaos. I found myself walking past the same little neighborhood spots every day, and by the end of my stay, the guy at the corner café was making my cappuccino before I even ordered it. That’s the kind of experience you get when you’re staying somewhere that feels more like a temporary home than a hotel room. For what you pay – and especially considering you get that apartment-style space and freedom – it’s honestly solid value. Just don’t expect luxury touches, and you’ll probably end up pretty happy with the whole setup.
Exploring Krakow offers visitors an unforgettable journey through Poland’s medieval heart, from its magnificent Wawel Castle to its bustling Market Square and timeless cultural traditions.

We stayed as a family in this apartment, and everything is as good as the photos show. We arrived in the early hours of the morning, and the instructions for accessing the apartment were perfect, which was a blessing as travelling with small children. It's a 20 min walk to old town. Great food places within a stones throw and a shop on the corner. overall, it is a great place, and somewhere we will definitely stay in again.
