You know what caught me off guard about Royals Flower Apartments III? The name made me expect some stuffy, overly formal place, but honestly, it’s got this perfect balance of being polished without feeling pretentious. I mean, it’s tucked away on Kotlarska Street in Grzegórzki – which, if you’re not familiar with Kraków, is this neighborhood that feels authentically Polish without being touristy. You’re actually living where locals live, not in some sanitized hotel bubble.

The apartments themselves are genuinely spacious (and I say this as someone who’s been crammed into way too many European “studios” that were basically glorified closets). The kitchenettes are actually functional – like, you can legitimately cook a meal if you want to, though honestly, with all the incredible restaurants within walking distance, you might not bother. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night. Grzegórzki doesn’t have that constant hum of tourist chatter that you get closer to the Old Town, but you’re still only about a 15-minute walk to the main square. The trams run regularly too, which is clutch if you’re carrying shopping bags or it’s raining – and trust me, it rains more than you’d expect in Kraków.

Here’s the thing that really sold me on this place: the staff actually knows the neighborhood. When I asked about where to grab coffee in the morning (because hotel coffee is… well, you know), they didn’t just point me toward some chain – they recommended this little spot two streets over where the barista remembers your order after two visits. Small detail, but it matters when you’re staying somewhere for more than a couple nights. The check-in was smooth, parking wasn’t a nightmare like it can be in this part of the city, and – this might sound weird – but the whole building just smells clean and fresh, not like that generic hotel disinfectant smell. I think it’s because they’ve got actual windows that open properly, so there’s real air circulation happening. The 8.9 rating makes total sense once you’re there; it’s the kind of place that gets the basics absolutely right and then surprises you with thoughtful touches you didn’t expect from a 4-star spot.

  We liked everything. It was tough to find the keys but only because of us being not attentive – all was described and written in the istructions. The host was super patient in asisting us in finding the keys)) All was amazing! Thanks a LOT!!
  
  What could be improved: The only little thing that woul need improvement -air conditioner. it worked for 10 minutes and switched off. ANd the remote control probably needs a batttery change. Thanks)

  What could be improved: I would really like to have sink in the bath being working and microwave oven and hair dryer being available.
  Pay attention that in small room the bed is just at the window, so it can be pretty cold so you should sleep your head from the opposite side and put pillows on the windowsill.

  W apartamencie dostępne są wszelkie możliwe udogodnienia aby spędzić miły weekend w Krakowie (pralka, suszarka, ekspres, zmywarka, żelazko). Bardzo blisko do tramwajów, za pomocą których można w kilka minut dotrzeć na stare miasto. Na które można iść również spacerkiem, który trwa ok. 15-20 minut. Ponieważ apartament jest przy samym dużym rondzie i ruchliwej ulicy jest dosyć głośno a jest klimatyzacja więc spokojnie można zamknąć okna i cieszyć się ciszą a przy okazji nie ma duchoty. Polecamy!

  Apartament spełnienia wszystkie warunki,po wejściu do mieszkania pachniało świeżą pościelą i czystością.
  Mieszkanie perfekcyjne na krótkie i dłuższe wypady do Krakowa, lokalizacja bardzo atrakcyjna, można na pieszo dojść do Rynku Główngo , Wawelu, a także dostać się komunikacją miejską, ponieważ przystanki tramwajowe trzy minuty od lokalu i dojeżdża w każdą możliwą stronę Krakowa. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i skorzystamy napewno następnym razem z apartamentu 😊
