The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious, and whoever designed them clearly travels because there are outlets where you need them and enough counter space to set up your laptop without moving everything else.

What really sold me on the place was how it fits into Krakow itself. You’re not stuck out in some business district wondering where all the good stuff is – this location actually puts you within walking distance of the kinds of places locals go, not just the tourist traps around the main square. I found myself grabbing coffee at this little spot around the corner that definitely doesn’t advertise in guidebooks, and honestly, those are the moments that make a trip memorable. The building itself has that understated Polish charm – nothing flashy, but solid and comfortable in a way that makes you want to stay longer than planned.

The 8.5 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there. It’s not perfect (the elevator can be a bit temperamental, and you might hear your neighbors if they’re having a particularly enthusiastic conversation), but it gets the important stuff right. The staff actually seems to know the neighborhood and can point you toward things you wouldn’t find otherwise. Plus, there’s something refreshing about a three-star place that doesn’t try to pretend it’s something else – they focus on being really good at what they are instead of overselling amenities you won’t use anyway.

  Location was good. About a 10 minute walk from the main square. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Seemed to be a pretty quite part of the city so we had no disturbances during the night or anything. We couldn't get the TV going in the room but we didn't need it anyway. We spent most of our days doing tours so we were only in the apartment in the evening. It was handy having a bit of a kitchen so we could prepare lunches for our day trips.
