What really impressed me though was the attention to practical stuff that a lot of places just ignore. The Wi-Fi actually works properly (trust me, I tested it extensively), the shower has good pressure, and there’s enough storage space that you’re not living out of your suitcase the whole time. The kitchen setup is surprisingly functional too – like, you could actually cook a real meal if you wanted to, not just heat up instant noodles. And here’s something I really appreciated: they’ve got blackout curtains that actually block light, which sounds minor but makes such a difference when you’re trying to sleep in. The whole place stays pretty quiet too, even though you’re not completely isolated from everything going on around you.   Fantastic location, wonderful apartment with a great host. Let us stay a little longer with full access to the property. Lovely and warm, clean and cosy. We had a brilliant time. Will book again for my next holiday.
