  What could be improved: On arrival we was asked to put down a deposits of 600 zloty and we would receive that back as long as there was no damage which there wasn’t. I rang after 9 days and was told it could take up to 12 then gave them till 14 which I then re-rang and it turns out they have blocked my number which is an absolute disgrace and will be taking this further
