La ubicación no era muy céntrica, pero estabas en la zona más turística en 15-20 minutos andando. También estaba bien comunicada por tranvía y autobús.

  Lokalita pěšky do centra, snadné parkování ve vedlejší ulici, apartmán čistý a velmi dobře vybavený (nábytek, nádobí). Tichý dům, a ani z ulice moc hluku nedoléhá.
  Tři pokoje, tedy ideální pro skupinu přátel nebo rodinu.
  V mrazáku byl dokonce led do nápojů!
