You know what struck me first about this place? The moment I walked up Kielecka Street, I could tell this wasn’t your typical tourist trap accommodation. I mean, you’re right in Grzegórzki – which honestly, most visitors have never heard of but locals know it’s where you go when you want to be close to everything without paying Old Town prices or dealing with the constant stream of tour groups.

The apartment itself actually surprised me. Two proper bedrooms, not some cramped conversion where they’ve shoved a bed into what used to be a closet. The space feels lived-in but well-maintained – you can tell someone actually cares about this place rather than just churning through guests. The kitchen’s got everything you need if you want to grab groceries from the little market around the corner (there’s this great pierogi place about three blocks down that the guidebooks haven’t discovered yet). What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night. You’re close enough to hear the trams rumbling by occasionally, but it’s not that jarring city noise that keeps you up – more like a gentle reminder that you’re in a real neighborhood where people actually live and work.

The location is honestly perfect if you know how to work it. Sure, you’re not stumbling out your front door onto the Main Square, but here’s the thing – you can walk to the castle in about fifteen minutes, hit the Jewish Quarter in ten, and when you want to escape the tourist crowds, you’re already in this little pocket where locals grab their morning coffee and kids play in the small parks. I loved being able to duck into that tiny grocery store on the corner when I needed something, or just sit at one of the outdoor tables at the café down the street and watch regular Krakow life happen. Parking can be a bit tricky if you’re driving (isn’t it always in European cities?), but the tram connections are solid, and honestly, you’ll end up walking most places anyway because everything feels surprisingly close once you get oriented. The whole area has this lived-in authenticity that you miss when you’re staying right in the heart of the tourist zone – you get to see how the city actually breathes instead of just its performance for visitors.

  Просторная красивая квартира, в которой есть все необходимое. Новый ремонт и хорошая обстановка. Отличный вид из окна на красивую улицу с особняками. Две двуспальные кровати. Кухня с плитой, духовкой, микроволновкой и посудомойкой. Посуда в наличии. Удобная кровать и хороший матрас. Рядом много транспорта. До вокзала 15 минут ходьбы. Бесконтактный заезд и выезд.
  В одном из комментариев написано, что мини-балкон загажен голубями – сейчас все чисто!)

  Не хватает пластиковой лопаточки для сковороды (но есть железная).
  Чашки слишком маленькие, на мой вкус.
  Обратите внимание, что квартира на 2 этаже и лифта нет (для нас это не было проблемой, но для кого-то может быть важно).

  Bardzo ładne i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Nowoczesna kuchnia i łazienka. Cicha i spokojna okolica. Dużo miejsc parkingowych w sąsiedztwie budynku. Niedaleko do Tauron Areny oraz komunikacji miejskiej.

  Dobra lokalizacja, przyzwoite wykończenie, kompletnie umeblowane, względnie czyste ogółem, lepsze od innych które wynajmowaliśmy w Krakowie do tej pory. Łóżeczko dziecięce dostawione w cenie też na plus. Bardzo dobre materace, przyzwoicie wielkie pokoje.

  What could be improved: Właściwie zastawa stołowa zostawia trochę do życzenia, sztućce są wybrakowane, (jeden widelec na 6os mieszkanie to trochę mało), kilka było ewidentnie brudnych w szufladzie, warto byłoby od czasu do czasu sprzątnąć kurz spod łóżek.
  
  Jest ok, inne mieszkania które wynajmowaliśmy były w gorszym stanie.
