Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard “Studio Na Powiślu,” I had to double-check I was in the right place. Powiśle isn’t exactly where most tourists end up, but that’s actually what makes this little 3-star gem so refreshing. You’re tucked into this genuinely local Warsaw neighborhood that feels more like where people actually live and work, not just where they take Instagram photos.

The thing about staying here is you get this authentic slice of modern Warsaw life. I mean, step outside and you’re surrounded by converted warehouses, trendy coffee spots that locals actually frequent, and the Vistula riverbank is literally right there. You know what surprised me most? How quiet it gets at night despite being so close to the city center. During the day there’s this pleasant hum of neighborhood activity – people heading to work, dogs being walked, the occasional tram rumbling by – but come evening, it’s surprisingly peaceful. The studios themselves are pretty well thought out (hence that solid 8.8 rating, I’d guess). Nothing fancy, but everything works and there’s actually enough space to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase.

What I really appreciated was how the whole area has this lived-in feel – you’ll find yourself grabbing morning coffee from places where the barista remembers your order by day three, or discovering that little grocery store that somehow has everything you need. The walk to Old Town takes maybe 15 minutes if you’re moving at a decent pace, but honestly, sometimes I found myself just hanging around the neighborhood instead. There’s something nice about staying somewhere that doesn’t feel like it exists purely for tourists. Fair warning though – if you’re someone who needs to be in the absolute heart of everything, this might feel a bit removed. But if you want to experience Warsaw more like someone who actually lives here, rather than just passing through with a guidebook, Studio Na Powiślu hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  We really enjoyed how simple and clean the apartment was. We enjoyed being able to cook simple meals, have a nice shower and relax on the balcony after a long day of hiking.
  The hosts were very very nice and super helpful.

  The property is basic but nice and clean and everything we needed for a long weekend in Poland. Only a short walk to the old town which is lovely and close to supermarket. Our flight back wasn’t until evening and the owner allowed us to keep the room on until we needed to leave in the evening as no one else was due in after us, this was very helpful and much appreciated!

  The apartment is in an excellent location. Just beside the river and Wawel castle. There are plenty of smaller shops and places to eat at, nearby. Old town is a short walk away.
  The apartment has everything you need: a small kitchen, TV, a wardrobe, etc. The checkin-checkout went smoothly.

  Great location, beautiful building, flexible arrival time, place has everything you may need, and even some children toys and Christmas decorations decorations, and finally pet friendly! Very cozy apt

  The owner was very nice, she let us check in earlier. Very good location for discovering the city, you can take the trams or just walk everywhere. The building was very quiet.
