Look, I’ve stayed in my fair share of Krakow apartments, and honestly? This place on Lema Street caught me completely off guard. I mean, when you hear “Czyzyny district,” you might not think prime location, but here’s the thing – you’re literally a stone’s throw from Tauron Arena, which is actually brilliant if you’re catching a concert or event there. Plus, and this is huge, you get an actual garage spot included. Trust me, after circling Krakow’s old town for an hour looking for parking, having your own secure spot feels like winning the lottery.

The apartment itself sits in this modern building that doesn’t scream “tourist trap” – it’s where actual locals live, you know? Walking in, you immediately notice how quiet it is, even though you’re close to the main action. The space has that clean, minimalist Polish design thing going on, but actually comfortable, not sterile. What really got me was the attention to detail – proper blackout curtains (thank god, because those summer nights in Krakow stay bright forever), a kitchen that’s actually equipped for cooking real meals, not just instant noodles, and honestly some of the most comfortable beds I’ve encountered in Poland. The Wi-Fi is rock solid too, which matters if you’re trying to work remotely or just need to upload those mandatory Wawel Castle photos.

Here’s what you need to know about the location – you’re about 15 minutes from the main square by tram, but way less touristy chaos in your immediate area. There’s a decent grocery store just down the street, and the tram connections are actually better than some places closer to the center. The building’s super secure, which I appreciated, and the check-in process was refreshingly straightforward. I stayed during a pretty busy festival weekend and never felt crowded or overwhelmed like you do in some of the old town accommodations. The area gets this nice morning light, and you can hear birds instead of drunk tourists at 3 AM – small things, but they matter when you’re trying to actually rest between sightseeing marathons. With a 9.6 rating, clearly other people have figured out what makes this place special, but it still feels like a bit of a local secret rather than an obvious choice.

  Has everything you need, the bed is really comfortable, has air conditioning . Also a nice touch is that hairdryer has an attachment for curly hair, I really appreciated it 🙂

The host was punctual with answering my queries and a bonus definitely was the underground garage to park the car without additional fees.   Perfect location near Tauron Arena. After the Judas Priest concert ended, we were back at the apartment in a few minutes 🙂 Excellent parking in the underground garage.
