This spot on Dabska Street is actually a gem – it’s tucked away in the Grzegórzki district, which means you’re close enough to the action but far enough from the tourist chaos around the Old Town.

The apartment itself feels more like staying at a design-savvy friend’s place than a typical hotel. The furnishings are modern without being cold, and there’s this great balance of having everything you need without feeling cluttered. What really sold me was the parking situation – and I mean this seriously because anyone who’s driven in Krakow knows it’s a nightmare. They’ve got both underground and outdoor spots, which is honestly rare around here. The underground garage is clean and well-lit (none of that creepy basement vibe), and having that security means you can actually explore the city without constantly worrying about your car.

The location is one of those insider secrets locals don’t always share. Sure, you’re not stumbling distance from the main square, but you’re a quick tram ride away – and the trams run frequently from this area. What’s better is that you’re practically next door to Galeria Krakowska if you need any shopping, and the main train station is close enough that you can hear the occasional rumble but not so close that it keeps you up at night. I actually found myself walking to the Planty gardens in the mornings, which takes maybe fifteen minutes and gives you this nice transition from the residential feel of Grzegórzki into the historic center.

The team behind Renters Prestige clearly knows what they’re doing – check-in was smooth, the place was spotless, and they’ve thought of those little details that matter when you’re traveling. Good water pressure, reliable WiFi, and windows that actually block out street noise. I mean, the 8.5 rating makes sense when you experience it firsthand. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Krakow, but it nails the things that actually matter when you’re exploring a city and need a comfortable base to return to each night.

  The location is wonderful, quiet and comfortable. Excellent for a family with a child. Everything in the apartment corresponds to the photographs, there are all the necessary items for staying there for a long time. There is Żappka in 3 minutes, Decathlon, Auchan in 15 minutes walk. I really liked the cafe where they make Burgers on the territory of the complex
  
  What could be improved: I didn't like the amount of dust on the furniture. There turned out to be a lot of it. A sock was also found under the bed on the day of departure, when we were already packing our things.

  It was a pretty nice apartment, with very good conditions. The information about how to get keys – was very well described and with a video guide.
  
  What could be improved: rent of a baby crib is pretty expensive (in case you rent for a week or longer) and you still have to buy a mattress.
  Also, you could hear the busy road not so far from your location at night, but it's a minor.

  What could be improved: The price doesn’t match at all, very expensive. This is just an ordinary apartment – not prestige and not premium. It doesn’t even have a microwave, and the coffee machine is very old (drip). Very poor instructions about the garage, it's hard to find the entrance to it.   The apartment matches the pictures and the description. The location was perfect for our stay. There’re many playgrounds around, which was very convenient for us. It was also nice to have a bakery in a walking distance.
  
  What could be improved: There was a very limited amount of supplies available in the apartment (such as dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and garbage bags). The garage space is fairly small and difficult to park into, especially if you have a bigger car. The apartment complex is fenced with one open entrance and one gated entrance. The gated entrance (which leads to the bakery, playgrounds, etc.) can be used to leave. But to enter, you need a code that we haven’t received. The communication with the company that owns the apartment was difficult (we contacted them to ask for the code via the dedicated email as well as booking.com messaging but we didn’t receive any response).

  Отличная уютная новая современная квартира со всем необходимым, большой балкон, подземная парковка.
  
  What could be improved: Все было бы абсолютно идеально, если б не чужие волосы по всему полу в ванной и не одно грязное полотенце (лежало на кровати как чистое, но внутри были волосы и пятна от косметики).
  Было бы хорошо иметь еще один крючок около раковины для полотенца для рук. Одного полотенца для ног для 4-ех человек недостаточно.
  Если эти вещи исправить, можно смело ставить 10.

  Pobyt w apartamencie uważamy za jak najbardziej udany. Apartament spełniał wszystkie nasze oczekiwania, czysto, pachnąco i komfortowo. Całe wyposażenie w mieszkanku tak jak w opisie. Balkon bardzo duży z widokiem na Tauron Arenę. Mieszkanie w nowoczesnym bloku z windą – super wygoda.
  Jedyny problem ,który nam się przytrafił to parking nadziemny – nie otrzymaliśmy identyfikatora i nie wiedzieliśmy że należy go posiadać. Zaparkowaliśmy na zewnątrz i niestety ale spisała nas straż miejska, na szczęście odbyło się bez mandatu. Natomiast parking podziemny i jego wjazd znajduje się od strony ulicy/sklepu.
  Od apartamentu jest blisko do żabki, jak i restauracji. Do tramwaju około 5 minutek drogi, aby wyruszyć na miasto jest troszeczkę daleko.
