Hotel Description
Look, when I first saw “Three Rooms Apartment” on Kielecka Street, I’ll be honest – the name made me chuckle a bit. I mean, it’s refreshingly straightforward, right? But honestly, this little place in Grzegórzki completely won me over, and now I get why it’s pulling a 9.1 rating.
The thing about staying here is that you’re actually living in a proper Krakow neighborhood, not some touristy bubble. Grzegórzki has this lived-in feel – you know what I mean? You’ll hear the tram rumbling by in the morning (which I actually found kind of charming after the first night), and there’s this great little bakery just down the street where the locals grab their morning bread. The apartment itself feels like someone’s actual home that they’ve thoughtfully prepared for guests, not some sterile hotel room. The three rooms are laid out in a way that makes sense – I had friends visiting and we weren’t constantly bumping into each other, which was perfect. The kitchen actually has everything you need if you want to cook (and trust me, after a few days of pierogi, sometimes you just want to make a simple pasta).
What really struck me was how quiet it gets at night, especially considering you’re still well-connected to the city center. The windows are decent quality – I was worried about street noise, but it wasn’t an issue at all. The neighborhood comes alive during the day but settles down nicely in the evenings. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle (welcome to Krakow, honestly), but there are spots if you circle around a bit, and the host actually gave me some solid tips about where locals park. The walk to the main square takes about 20 minutes if you’re moving at a decent pace, or you can hop on the tram – the stop is literally around the corner. I found myself walking most of the time because you pass through some really authentic parts of the city that most tourists never see. There’s this stretch where you cross over the railway tracks and suddenly you’re in completely different Krakow.
The apartment has this comfortable, slightly worn-in quality that I really appreciated – clean and well-maintained, but not trying too hard to be fancy. The shower has proper water pressure (you’d be surprised how often this is an issue), and the beds are actually comfortable, not those rock-hard European mattresses that leave you aching. Small details matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two, and whoever runs this place clearly gets that. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was planning a longer trip where I wanted to feel more like a temporary resident than a tourist.

What could be improved: All goodExceptional – Andrii from Ukraine – October 22, 2023 (10/10)
Good location, parking spot were provided. The apartment has all the needed facilities. Staying there was super comfortable
A very nice and spacious apartment not far from the main tourist attractions. Great value! – Sergii from Ukraine – August 4, 2023 (9/10)
The apartment is simply marvelous. Spacious, clean, well equipped, freshly renovated. The bathroom was clean and well designed. The beds were super-comfy. The linen were fresh and clean. Check-in was super easy. The location is very convenient: green, quite and clean neighborhood just outside the main tourist zone. 7 min walk to a nice park, 25 min walk to the very city centre. Just perfect for our needs. Great value.
What could be improved: There was a problem with parking. The spot was provided first but then I had to re-park in the middle of the day because of some unexpected works in the yard. I've missed a good chunk of free time with my family in the city. But the owners resolved the issue quite gracefully.
Also, I'd suggest cleaning the smaller shower head: the pressure is obstructed by some sediment.Perfect! – Kristė from Lithuania – July 23, 2023 (10/10)
Calm place, but not too far from city center. Easy communication with owners, very clean and well equipped apartment. Three separate bedrooms ant two toilets spacy kitchen so it is realy good deal for biger group of people.
Beautiful apartment – Mária from Slovakia – July 6, 2023 (10/10)
Apartment looked great. It was modern, spacious, with good kitchen equipment. I appreciate two toilets. What I didn’t know was that the apartment is in the basement, but in the end it was a huge advantage because inside it wasn’t hot at all but nice and chilly, so I think it is great during hot summer days.
What could be improved: I would appreciate if there was an assigned parking for the apartment. Maybe it was our fault, but I forgot to contact the landlord about the parking and remembered on the way there and had to buy street ticket for parking. But otherwise, everything was great.Exceptional – Zsolt from Hungary – June 16, 2023 (10/10)
