What really impressed me was how quiet it stays, even though you’re not tucked away in some remote corner. I’m a light sleeper, so this matters to me – but the soundproofing is solid, and the neighborhood itself has this residential calm that kicks in after evening hours. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, no unnecessary ceremony or trying to upsell you on spa packages. The staff actually knows the local area well – I got some genuinely good restaurant recommendations that weren’t just the obvious tourist spots. And here’s something practical that caught my attention: the WiFi is fast enough for actual work calls, not just checking email. I tested it because, well, you have to these days.

The whole experience feels more like staying in a well-appointed apartment than a traditional hotel, which works perfectly if you want some independence but still want things taken care of. That 9.3 rating makes sense once you’ve been there – it’s not flashy luxury, but it’s thoughtfully done in ways that matter when you’re actually living in the space for a few days.   Fantastic location was the reason we have chosen this place. Staff were friendly and welcoming as well as very accommodating – they allowed us to check in early, which was a life saver after a long and uncomfortable journey to Krakow. We’re finishing a 12 day trip across Europe and have stayed at 5 different places, including one hostel, and this place had the most luxurious feel out of all the places we stayed! Very clean, spacious, and a hint of fanciness almost. Shoutout to the individual who responded to our inquires on booking.com. We had some trouble getting into the building but this person was quick to respond to our messages!
