  Fantastic location was the reason we have chosen this place. Staff were friendly and welcoming as well as very accommodating – they allowed us to check in early, which was a life saver after a long and uncomfortable journey to Krakow. Very clean, spacious, and a hint of fanciness almost. Shoutout to the individual who responded to our inquires on booking.com. We had some trouble getting into the building but this person was quick to respond to our messages!
