Hotel Description
You know what caught me off guard about this place? It’s actually on one of Krakow’s busier streets, but once you’re inside, it feels like you’re tucked away in your own little corner of the Old Town. The apartment sits right on Dietla Street – and I mean, this is the kind of location where you can walk to pretty much everything that matters. I’m talking three minutes to the Planty gardens, maybe five to the main square if you’re moving at a decent pace.
The two-bedroom setup is honestly perfect if you’re traveling with friends or family and you’re tired of cramming everyone into hotel rooms where you can hear each other breathe. The space has this lived-in quality that I really appreciated – not sterile like some rental apartments, but not cluttered either. The kitchen actually works (and trust me, I’ve stayed in places where the stove was more decorative than functional), which comes in handy when you want to grab some pierogi from the market and heat them up, or just make coffee without trekking downstairs. The bedrooms are on the quieter side of the building, which surprised me given how central you are – though you’ll still catch some street noise in the morning, but that’s just Krakow waking up.
What really sold me on this place was how it sits in the neighborhood. You’re literally a two-minute walk from Wawel Castle – I mean, you can see it from some of the windows – but you’re also right next to where actual Krakovians live and work. There’s this little bakery around the corner that opens ridiculously early, and honestly, their bread beats anything you’ll find in the tourist areas. The building itself has that classic European apartment feel, with the heavy doors and the courtyard entry, but everything inside feels updated without losing character. Parking is… well, it’s Old Town parking, so don’t expect miracles, but there are options nearby if you’re driving. Most people I know just use it as a base and walk everywhere anyway. The host was straightforward about check-in, no drama, and actually gave some solid recommendations that weren’t just the obvious tourist spots. I’d definitely stay here again – it’s got that sweet spot of being right in the thick of things while still feeling like you have your own space to decompress after spending the day dodging tour groups in the main square.

Really clean comfortable place.
What could be improved: Key code box was hard to readGreat apartment – Iryna from Ukraine – March 3, 2025 (10/10)
We stayed at Dietla 11 apartments for 4 days. It was comfortable, the rooms were clean. I am especially thankful for the umbrellas, they saved our holiday. We had everything we needed (towels, hairdryer, tea, coffee). It was warm enough in the apartment.
It’s located near the Wawel castle, very convenient. We parked our car on the parallel street 6zl per hour. A small shop Zabka was located across the street.
What could be improved: I would recommend some improvements:
1. A hanger for coats in the corridor
2. A shower door, that closes, because some water was all over the bathroom floor
3. A microwave. But there’s an oven, so we heated our food there.Spacious modern and in good location – Heather from United Kingdom – February 10, 2025 (8/10)
Apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It was always lovely and warm with underfloor heating in the bathroom. Nice modern decor.
What could be improved: The motion sensor light at entrance kept going off as we were trying to get key in door.Lovely stay, my first choice when visiting Krakow again – Aleksandra from United Kingdom – January 17, 2025 (9/10)

What could be improved: Will like to be able to watch common tv canalsExceptional – Dmytro from Ukraine – January 13, 2025 (10/10)
The apartment is located in a good area. The river is nearby and very green area. However, the building itself is quite old. there will be no elevator and you have to take your luggage with you within several old steps. Entrance door to the building hall usually is open as somebody from neighbours does not close it. So it may be the question of the location safety. The apartment has heating. The apartment has enough space and high ceilings. It quite clean and looks really nice. I guess it has no microwave but all other equipment is fine. Generally it is a good location to stay with some comfort. There is no parking space in front of the building and it is quite problematic to find a spot nearby. Please take this into account. Internet was quite good. It was warm enough during the stay despite the cold weather. Check-in and check-out was good enough.
What could be improved: Old building itself. One part has windows on the lively street and you can hear cars and trams. During our visit one of the heating elements in one room didn't work and even the local assistant ding manage to help us. We received additional heaters. Was a compromise but it would be good if everything works properly. Parking space may be a challenge. Even a public parking here.Absolute Beauitful Apartment – Darrol from United Kingdom – December 1, 2024 (10/10)
