Look, when I first heard about UNDERGROUND Jacuzzi Rooms, I’ll be honest – the name made me think of some sketchy basement setup. But this place on Krasickiego street actually surprised me in the best way. It’s tucked into Podgórze, which honestly is one of my favorite parts of Krakow now because you’re close enough to everything but not drowning in tourist crowds like you get around the main square.

The jacuzzi situation is legit – I mean, having your own private hot tub in your room feels pretty ridiculous in the best possible way. The rooms themselves have this sort of modern underground vibe (hence the name, I guess) but it’s more sleek than dungeon-y, you know? What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night. Podgórze doesn’t have the party chaos of Kazimierz, so you can actually hear yourself think. Plus, the Vistula riverbank is literally a few minutes’ walk away, which is perfect for morning runs or just sitting by the water with coffee. You’ll see locals doing the same thing, especially on weekends.

Getting there from the airport was straightforward enough – the taxi drivers actually know where it is, which isn’t always a given with some of the newer places. Parking can be a bit tricky on that street, but there’s usually something within a block or two if you’re driving. The 8.6 rating makes sense to me because while it’s not luxury hotel perfect, it delivers on what it promises without any major headaches. The check-in was smooth, staff spoke good English, and honestly the whole jacuzzi-in-your-room thing just never gets old. I found myself using it way more than I thought I would – especially after walking around the city all day. The water pressure is solid and it heats up quickly, which matters more than you’d think. If you’re looking for something different from the standard Krakow hotel experience and don’t need to be right in the thick of Old Town, this spot hits that sweet spot between unique and actually comfortable.

  It was our second stay, very pleasant as the first time. The jacuzzi is really enjoyable, location is a bit off center which means you have quiet at night.

  Nice and clean room, jacuzzi option is absolutely amazing and relaxing after loooong day of walking and sightseeing.

  Very nice and clean, jacuzzi bath main attraction 👌 very access to flat, just 10min by taxi to highstreet. Little access with few steps to smoking area , outside the building, which was very helpful for us. All Brilliant

  The apartment was exactly how it was shown. We even got complimentary wine. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, bed was really confortable and we liked the bathroom very much. The host was really sweet and let us check-in sooner. Great comunication.
  
  What could be improved: The jacuzzi leaked a little bit and we weren’t able to control water temperature, we could not figure out how to turn on colder water.
