I ended up grabbing fresh bread from the little bakery down the street most mornings because, well, why wouldn’t you when you’re practically living like a local? The bathroom’s got one of those rainfall showerheads that actually has decent water pressure, which… look, if you’ve stayed in enough places, you know that’s not a given. The bed situation is solid too – firm enough that you won’t feel like you’re sinking into quicksand, but soft enough that I slept better than I do at home.

What really sells this place though is the location along the Vistula. You’re close enough to walk into the main areas without needing to navigate public transport with your luggage, but far enough from the tourist chaos that you can actually relax. The river views aren’t just a nice bonus – they’re legitimately stunning, especially during that golden hour when the light hits the water just right. I spent way too much time just sitting by the window with my morning coffee, watching the occasional boat drift by. The neighborhood has that lived-in feel where you’ll see locals walking their dogs and old men playing chess in the small park nearby, which honestly made the whole experience feel more authentic. Parking was surprisingly manageable too – there’s a spot right outside that doesn’t cost a fortune, which saved me the headache of hunting around narrow streets with a rental car. The only minor thing I’d mention is that weekend nights can get a bit lively since there are a few bars within walking distance, but honestly, the good kind of lively, not the keep-you-up-all-night kind.

  Чудові просторі апартаменти з новим ремонтом та всім необхідним для комфортного проживання. Апартаменти розташовані у зручному місці – можна пішки дістатися до історичного центру міста, або на транспорті (зупинка у 2 хвилинах). Поруч набережна, завжди можна прогулятися на свіжому повітрі, також багато кафе та магазинів. В апартаментах були зручні ліжка, достатньо велика ванна кімната – є фен, пральна машина, тепла підлога. Є регульоване опалення від газового котла, це було зручно. Кухня обладнана всім необхідним – посудомийною машиною, чайником, варильною панеллю, кавомолкою, кавоваркою ріжкового типу, духовкою, мікрохвильовкою. Є достатня кількість посуди для приготування їжі. Враховуйте, що апартаменти розташовані на 2 жилому поверсі, тобто реально на 3, без ліфта.
