Look, I’ll be honest with you – when I first walked into W11 LoftAffair, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The name sounds a bit pretentious, doesn’t it? But you know what, there’s something genuinely charming about this place that grows on you. It’s one of those boutique spots that feels like someone actually put thought into the design instead of just ordering furniture from a hotel catalog.

The loft-style rooms are the real draw here – high ceilings that make even the smaller spaces feel airy, exposed brick in some units that gives off those cool urban vibes without being too try-hard about it. I mean, it’s not going to blow your mind or anything (hence the 7.2 rating, which honestly feels about right), but there’s a cozy authenticity that’s hard to fake. The lighting is actually decent for getting ready, which sounds trivial until you’ve stayed somewhere with those awful yellow bulbs that make you look like you’re coming down with something. Check-in was smooth enough – no fancy lobby to speak of, but the staff seemed to know what they were doing.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it stayed at night, even though you’re right in the thick of things. The soundproofing is better than you’d expect for a 3-star place. Parking can be a bit of a hunt during busy periods – there’s some street parking if you’re lucky, but I’d honestly recommend looking into nearby lots if you’re driving. The neighborhood itself has that lived-in feel where you’ll find actual good coffee spots and restaurants that locals frequent, not just tourist traps. I stumbled across this little bakery two blocks over that does incredible croissants – completely worth the early morning walk. The whole area comes alive in the evenings too, with a nice mix of people heading to dinner or just wandering around. It’s not crazy loud or anything, just… alive, you know? The kind of energy that makes you want to explore rather than hide in your room. Sure, the place has its quirks – the elevator is a bit slow, and some of the bathroom fixtures could use updating – but there’s something refreshingly unpretentious about staying here that I found myself really enjoying by the end of my visit.

  Perfect location, close to everything on walking distance, couple of minute of the Old town, tram station nearby and a Train station. The apartment was comfortable for me, clean and cozy, had everything I needed.

  Close to the city center, combination lock for access to the courtyard. There is a kettle and dishes, and enough hygiene products.

  Really great location, 5 mins walk from old town. Cosy apartment & fireplace is a great feature for when it gets cold . Nice little extras provided like cotton woll pads, shampoo and coffee/tea etc. full sets of dishes, pots and pans provided too for cooking.
