Hotel Description
You know what really surprised me about Way2Stay Centrum? Walking up to this unassuming 3-star place, I honestly wasn’t expecting much – but man, they’ve got something special figured out here. The moment you step inside, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually cares about the details. I mean, we’re not talking luxury here, but everything just… works. The lobby has this clean, minimalist vibe without feeling sterile, and the check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no upselling nonsense, just friendly people who seemed genuinely happy to see you.
The rooms are where this place really shines, though. Sure, they’re compact (this is city center territory, after all), but honestly, they’ve maximized every square inch so cleverly. The beds are surprisingly comfortable – I’m talking proper sleep, not that stiff hotel mattress situation you sometimes get. What really got me was the attention to lighting; there are actually enough outlets near the bed, the reading lights work properly, and the blackout curtains actually black out. Small things, but when you’re dealing with jet lag or just want to sleep in, it matters. The bathrooms are modern and spotless, with decent water pressure – again, nothing fancy, but everything you need is there and it all functions well.
Here’s the thing that really sets Way2Stay apart: somehow they’ve managed to maintain this 9.4 rating, and after staying there, I totally get why. It’s not about having the fanciest amenities or the most Instagram-worthy decor – it’s about nailing the fundamentals so well that you’d actually want to come back. The staff remembers your name, the WiFi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, and you can tell they’ve thought through the guest experience from a traveler’s perspective, not a marketing department’s. The location puts you right in the thick of things without the chaos – you can walk to most of what you’d want to see, but you’re not dealing with constant street noise at night. I’ve stayed in plenty of so-called “boutique” places that cost twice as much and delivered half the experience. This place just quietly does everything right, and honestly, that’s become pretty rare these days.
Early hotels booking in Krakow requires advance planning during peak tourist seasons when visitors flock to see the city’s UNESCO-listed medieval center and royal landmarks.

Apartment was excellent and had all the mod-cons. Not too far from the centre and the host was accommodating after we had not received initial check-in instructions ( our mistake).
Senior from United Kingdom (8/10)
everything except not been able to resolve the issue caused by booking.com they took payment then we were left with a cancelled accommodation. luckily we were able to book again on arrival with the way2stay direct. so we have paid twice, there seemed to be no way of resolving this with way2stay and booking.com which was well disappointing.

Nice, modern Studio Apartment that is conveniently located next to a small supermarket (Carrefour) and public transport. Walking distance from the main market square, but not in the very city center, so not as noisy. Park nearby.
