You know what really surprised me about this Moxy? The name is absolutely bonkers – Wenecja Parking Gratis Moxy TE&AM Cracow sounds like someone threw a bunch of travel keywords in a blender – but honestly, it works way better than you’d expect for a four-star spot in Grzegórzki.

I’ll be straight with you: this isn’t Old Town (you’re looking at maybe 15 minutes by tram to get to the main square), but that’s actually why I liked it. Topolowa street is this quiet residential area where you get a feel for how actual Krakovians live, and the free parking situation is genuinely clutch if you’re doing a road trip. I mean, try finding decent parking near the castle for less than your firstborn child. The Moxy brand does this whole “playful but not trying too hard” thing, and somehow they nailed it here – the lobby had this energetic buzz without being obnoxiously loud, and the staff seemed genuinely happy to chat about local spots rather than just pointing you toward tourist traps. The rooms are what you’d expect from a solid four-star: clean, modern, actually functional (the shower pressure was surprisingly good, and the AC worked without sounding like a dying helicopter). But here’s the thing that really got me – the breakfast setup was thoughtfully done, not just your standard continental spread. They had some local touches mixed in, and the coffee was proper strong, which matters more than people think when you’re gearing up for a day of walking around Kazimierz or dealing with the crowds at Wawel.

The 9.5 rating honestly makes sense once you’re there. It’s one of those places where the small stuff is handled well – like, the Wi-Fi actually worked throughout the building, the elevators didn’t take forever, and check-in was smooth even when I showed up earlier than expected. Grzegórzki itself is having this quiet renaissance moment, with some decent cafes and restaurants popping up that haven’t made it into the guidebooks yet. You’re close enough to hop over to the Jewish Quarter for dinner (maybe 10 minutes in an Uber), but you can also just wander around the neighborhood and stumble across places where locals actually eat. The tram connections are solid too – line 50 gets you pretty much anywhere you need to go, and there’s something satisfying about figuring out Krakow’s public transport instead of just Ubering everywhere like most tourists do. Look, if you’re the type who needs to stumble out of your hotel directly onto the main market square, this isn’t your spot. But if you want a really well-run place with personality, reasonable proximity to everything that matters, and the bonus of free parking in a city where that’s basically a superpower, you’ll be happy here.

  Great value for money: outstanding location (near main train station, Planty, Old Town, in a cute quiet area), great facilities (especially for people traveling with work, extra desk in one of the room, big table in the living room, fast WiFi), great contact with the owner, clean, with fresh flowers, small details like tea bags and even extra toilet papers so you don’t need to bother yourself going to the shop during the stay.

  The apartment was great. Bright, spacious and had everything you could possibly need. Beds super comfy, shower hot and powerful, warm and clean space.
  Great location right next to the shopping mall, train station and tram lines. Short walk to the main square. Communication was great, the team were super helpful and the check in and out was easy. Would 💯 percent stay again.
