You know what struck me first about Wiślane Tarasy? It’s actually tucked away on the fourth floor of this building on Grzegórzecka street, and honestly, that elevator ride up builds anticipation in the best way. I mean, you’re not expecting much from the outside – it’s just another Krakow building – but then you step into these apartments and it’s like, oh, this is why people rave about this place.

The jacuzzi isn’t some tiny afterthought either, which I was half-expecting if I’m being honest. It’s properly sized, and after spending a day wandering around Kazimierz (which is basically a fifteen-minute walk from here, by the way), sinking into that warm water while looking out at the city… well, let’s just say I understood why they put “JACUZZI” in all caps in the name. The whole VIP thing isn’t just marketing fluff – these apartments actually feel upscale without being stuffy about it. Think clean lines, quality finishes, the kind of place where everything just works properly, you know?

What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being right in Grzegórzki. That 9.7 rating makes total sense when you realize you’re getting this perfect balance – close enough to walk to the Old Town (maybe twenty minutes if you’re taking your time), but far enough from the main tourist chaos that you can actually sleep at night. The trams run right along nearby streets, so getting around is honestly easier than staying in some of the more “central” places that cost twice as much. I grabbed groceries at the Biedronka just down the street, and there’s this little pierogi spot around the corner that locals actually go to – not the tourist traps you’ll find near the main square.

The check-in was smooth, none of that awkward fumbling with keys or confusing instructions you sometimes get with apartment rentals. And here’s something nobody mentions but matters – the water pressure is fantastic, the wifi actually works throughout the space, and the beds are proper comfortable, not those rock-hard things you sometimes endure in European hotels. Small details, sure, but they add up when you’re trying to relax. If I had to nitpick anything, the building’s entrance is a bit understated – I walked past it twice before realizing I’d found the right place. But once you’re settled in, that hardly matters.

  Stunning room, small, but for a couple it had absolutely everything you need, extremely clean and tidy, the hot tub was amazing, beautiful lighting all around the room and a really comfortable bed. Everything was prepped very well, it was also surprisingly peaceful considering the location, which was great. Overall we had a fantastic time and it was well worth the price. It definitely exceeded my expectations and even those great pictures don't give the whole picture of how pretty the room is.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately the walls of the building are not soundproofed very well, which could be an issue for some people. It wasn't an issue for us though as there was only one couple next to us.
  
  For anyone considering, I'd pick the location during the busy work days, when there are less people in the building. We stayed the night Sunday to Monday in the middle of the month and it was perfect.

Everything met our expectations and more, such a beautiful apartment in a pleasant apartment complex that is very modern.
