Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name “Zen Apartment – LoftAffair,” I was expecting some overhyped millennial marketing nonsense. But you know what? This place actually lives up to that 9.1 rating, and I get why people keep coming back.

The loft setup is what really gets you. I mean, it’s not trying to be fancy in that stuffy hotel way – it’s more like staying at your coolest friend’s place, if your friend happened to have incredible taste and actually knew how to keep things clean. The space has this industrial-chic thing going on without feeling cold, you know? Exposed brick, high ceilings that don’t echo weirdly, and these huge windows that let in so much light you’ll actually want to wake up in the morning. The kitchen area is small but honestly more functional than most hotel kitchenettes – I made proper coffee there every morning, not that sad packet stuff. There’s something about the way everything’s laid out that just makes sense, like someone who actually travels designed it instead of some committee.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays, even though you’re right in the thick of things. The building has good bones – thick walls, solid doors, none of that paper-thin nonsense where you hear every conversation in the hallway. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, no standing around a marble lobby for twenty minutes while they “locate your reservation.” The whole vibe is just… effortless, I guess? Like they figured out all the annoying parts of traveling and quietly fixed them without making a big deal about it. Parking can be a bit of a hunt depending on when you arrive (weekends are definitely trickier), but there’s usually something within a block or two if you’re patient. The neighborhood has that lived-in feel where locals actually hang out – good coffee shops that aren’t tourist traps, the kind of corner market where the owner remembers what you bought yesterday. It’s three stars officially, but it punches way above its weight because they focused on getting the basics absolutely right instead of adding a bunch of stuff nobody really needs.

  Very comfortable apartment, with all amenities. It was warm (there are air conditioners for hot weather). The location of the apartment is very convenient, there is a bus stop within a 3-minute walk (5-7 minutes drive) . you can walk to the center about 20 min.

  Meget moderne med fine rom og fasiliteter. Det var et komplett kjøkken med de fleste kjøkkenredskaper som gjorde det mulig å lage egen middag. Veldig god beliggenhet og enkelt å komme seg inn. Stort pluss med egen parkeringsplass.
