You know what struck me first about Wrona Apartments? The addresses alone tell you everything – Wielopole and Morsztynowska streets are right in that sweet spot where Old Town actually feels livable, not just touristy. I mean, you’re still walking distance from everything that matters (Rynek Główny is maybe eight minutes if you’re dawdling), but you’re not dealing with the street performer noise and restaurant hustlers right outside your window.

The apartments themselves are honestly better than most hotels I’ve stayed in around Krakow. These aren’t those generic serviced apartments that feel like an IKEA showroom – there’s actual character here. The one on Wielopole has these great high ceilings that make you feel like you’re living in proper Old Town architecture, and the Morsztynowska location is quieter if you’re the type who needs absolute silence to sleep. Both have kitchens that actually work (revolutionary concept, right?), which is clutch when you want morning coffee without hunting down an open café or when you grab some of those amazing pastries from the bakery on Stradomska and want to eat them somewhere civilized. The Wi-Fi is solid too – I was working remotely for part of my stay and never had issues, even during video calls.

What really sells me on this place is how it sits in the neighborhood. You’ve got Planty park literally around the corner for morning runs, and you’re close enough to Kazimierz that you can walk there for dinner without it being a whole expedition. The tram stops on Starowiślna mean you can get to places like Nowa Huta or even the airport without dealing with taxi drama. Honestly, the location just works – you feel like you’re staying somewhere real instead of in some tourist bubble. The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you’re there; it’s one of those places where the small things are done right, from decent water pressure to blackout curtains that actually block light. Sure, if you’re expecting a concierge and room service, this isn’t your spot, but if you want to experience Krakow like someone who actually lives there – just with better sheets and someone else handling the utilities – Wrona Apartments nails it.

  The location was great. Few meters from the train statikn to the airport, 10min walking to the Main Square, the tramway stop just next to it. Apartment was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Outside was around zero C, but inside was warm thanks to radiators – perfect. Contact with host without any problems. Tea, coffee plus chocolates were waiting for us inside.
  
  What could be improved: Another set of thin and semi-transparent courtains will be great, because there re flats around and everybody can see inside of flat. The instructikn for coffee machine would be bonus, but we found it in internet.

  Amazing!!! The location was perfect, few steps away from the old city and close to Jewish quarter too. The train from the airport and to other tourist attractions like the Salt mines was opposite. Downstairs, also, was a Zampka mini market which was very convenient.
  The apartment was more than beautiful! The view was great, very clean and was equipped with more than everything we needed.
  The hosts were more than helpful.
  I absolutely recommend it and if we return we will book to the same!
  
  What could be improved: No elevator for the second floor, but we were on with that.
  A little bit noise of the train, but also didn’t disturb us to sleep.
