The design feels thoughtful but lived-in, like someone actually cares about whether you’re comfortable rather than just impressed. I mean, it technically is a chain, but they’ve done something right here because it doesn’t feel corporate at all.

The staff actually remembers you after a couple visits, which is rarer than it should be these days. Check-in is usually pretty smooth – I’ve never waited more than a few minutes, even during what seemed like busy periods. The 8.7 rating makes sense to me because while everything works well, it’s not flashy or over-the-top. Sometimes you want that quiet efficiency more than grand gestures, you know? For a boutique property, they’ve found this nice balance between personality and practicality. It’s the kind of place where you can bring clients for a meeting or your parents for a weekend – works for both scenarios without feeling like a compromise either way.

  Everything was good. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and varied. The location was great – it was not far from the center. The hotel has its own parking lot in the courtyard. And that was attractive! )) But the entrance was a bit narrow though. It seems to me that it would be difficult to squeeze in a car like Touareg and higher (in that case, I suppose, you could leave your car in the small city parking lot opposite the hotel). But we were very pleased with our stay.
