You know what? The Blue Swan totally surprised me. The walls must be thicker than usual or something. And the beds? Look, I’m picky about mattresses, but theirs hit that sweet spot between firm and soft. Housekeeping clearly knows what they’re doing too – everything was spotless, and they actually fold your towels into these little swan shapes (I know, I know, it sounds ridiculous, but it’s oddly charming when you’re not expecting it).

What really sealed the deal for me was the staff situation. Check-in was smooth – no standing around while they figure out their computer system – and the front desk person actually gave me useful recommendations, not just the tourist trap stuff. They’ve got this small breakfast setup that’s way better than those sad continental spreads most places do. Real coffee, not hotel lobby swill, and the pastries taste like they’re from an actual bakery down the street (which they probably are, honestly). The whole place just feels like someone’s paying attention to details without making a big show of it. At an 8.5 rating, they’re clearly doing something right – and after staying there myself, I get why people keep coming back. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but for what it is, it’s really well done.

  Clean room with great views. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. The 2 restaurants in the hotel are very good. The beds are very comfortable and soft. The only thing I found weird was that the Blue Swan and Niebieski hotel shared 1 reception.

  The location next to the river was the highlight of this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the pizza restaurant in the hotel's garden was very convenient with delicious food.

  The breakfast was very good, we absolutely could go through the entire day, with that meal. The view from the rooms and from the restaurant is spectacular. It's for those who can walk a few kilometres, but for them it's located perfectly.
