  Beautiful stylish apartment, great location, everywhere was close. There were restaurants, bars and a tram in close proximity to the apartment. Excellent communication.
  
  What could be improved: A little noisier because of the tram. There is no elevator in the house, the apartment is on the 3rd floor, you have to take that into account.
