  Through a stinky hallway and a bit forgotten patio, up few floors of narrow staircase (take it "as a local" vibe), you will be surprised how spacious and nice the apartment is. Nicely furnished, with an unusual (for apartment) ceiling windows here and there. Nice place to stay. Nice park-like view even from restroom window. 🙂
