  Na plus że jest klimatyzacja, chociaż układ mieszkania średnio pozwala na schłodzenie sypialni. Plus i minus za lokalizacje, mieszkanie jest przy drodze więc słychać jezdzące samochody i tramwaje ale przy zamkniętych oknach jest ok, fajnie że do centrum nie jest daleko, sklep na dole w bloku, stacja benzynowa obok.
