Inside, the “fine art” part of the name actually makes sense. The owner clearly has an eye for design, and I was pleasantly surprised by how thoughtfully everything was put together. The apartment has this lived-in elegance that’s way more appealing than those sterile hotel rooms that all look identical. The kitchen is properly equipped too – not just a mini-fridge and hot plate situation – which was perfect when we grabbed fresh bread and local cheese from the market. Storage space is abundant (rare!), and the windows are well-insulated, so even though you’re in the city center, nights are surprisingly quiet. The 9.2 rating makes complete sense once you’re there – guests clearly appreciate getting this much space and character for what you’d normally pay for a cramped standard room elsewhere. My only tiny gripe would be that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in the back bedroom, but honestly, that forced me to actually disconnect and enjoy the trip more. If you’re looking for that sweet spot between location and value, especially if you’re staying more than a couple nights, this place delivers in ways that’ll make you question why anyone pays luxury hotel prices when apartments like this exist.
