The building sits perfectly in Old Town’s medieval charm — you know, that sweet spot where you’re close enough to everything but not drowning in tourist chaos. I mean, when couples are rating the location 9.3 out of 10, they’re clearly onto something. The entrance has this understated elegance that doesn’t try too hard, which honestly feels refreshing after seeing so many hotels that scream for attention.

Here’s what I love about this three-star gem — you’re literally in the heart of Kraków without paying those premium Old Town prices. Starowiślna Street is one of those addresses locals actually recognize, running parallel to the main tourist drag but far enough away that you can actually sleep at night. The Main Square is maybe a five-minute stroll, and you’ll pass some fantastic little cafés and shops that tourists often miss. Plus, getting to Kazimierz (the old Jewish quarter) is ridiculously easy from here — just head south and you’re there.

The Room Experience

Let me tell you about those beds — they’re genuinely comfortable, not just hotel-marketing comfortable. After walking around Kraków’s cobblestones all day (and trust me, your feet will feel it), sinking into one of these beds is pure relief. The rooms themselves are clean and well-maintained, with that European efficiency where everything has its place. You won’t find massive American-style suites here, but honestly, who needs that when you’re spending your days exploring one of Europe’s most beautiful cities? The windows actually open too, which is surprisingly rare these days.

The buffet breakfast is solid — nothing revolutionary, but it’ll fuel you properly for a day of sightseeing. You’ve got your standard European spread with some Polish touches thrown in, which I actually appreciate more than those over-the-top breakfast productions some hotels attempt. The staff knows their stuff too, and they’re genuinely helpful with recommendations rather than just pointing you toward the obvious tourist traps. It’s that kind of place where they remember you’re the person from room whatever-number and actually seem to care about your stay.

  The location is simply gorgeous. The center is within walking distance. Very convenient transportation. Large spacious room. Friendly staff.

  Everything. Superb. I cannot fault this hotel. Just been with a group of friends and it was fantastic. Effortless check in that took five minutes for five rooms. Friendly professional staff. The rooms were absolutely spotless, comfy beds, fridge, aircon, towels changed daily and plenty of wardrobe space. Breakfast was brilliant so much choice but my favourite, as on any holiday, is scrambled eggs and bacon! Here it was totally fresh and properly cooked, fantastic. About a two minute walk to the Jewish Quarter with its fantastic bars and restaurants and about a ten minute walk to the main square. An Uber from the airport is about £12. I’ve been to Krakow 9 times and this is the best place I have stayed. Well done to all the staff, chefs and management.

  Lovely clean hotel. Perfect location between old town and Jewish Quarter. Trams directly outside our hotel. Didn't hear any trams from our room. Breakfast was good, had my favourite cereal whilst on holiday, good selection of meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and cooked breakfast. Staff was pleasant. Not much of English channels on the TV, only news so watched netflix on my phone. WiFi was good.
